The apartment has an excellent location, a wonderful view and is ideal for a stay with children. It has good parking and everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. I'd like to highlight Loreto's service, very attentive and efficient in answering our questions. We will definitely be back another time!

Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. Very well located house in a quiet place. It is completely the same as it looks in the photos. It has an optimal fiber internet connection, so great speed and there was a desk in case work is needed. The host and her father, who was the one who welcomed us, were attentive at all times.

Very good accommodation, Maria always answered our doubts, we felt right at home, family environment, the house met all our expectations, even more so for our 2 sausage pets, who had a large patio. The area where it is located is safe and you can walk to buy bread for breakfast. Very friendly concierge. In short, I recommend 100% this place 👍

We had a great time during our stay, it is a very comfortable house to go with children, it has a very comfortable backyard and front yard that makes the space increase a lot. The house has the basics to enjoy, the value for money is 100%, the neighborhood is far from the beach, which makes it a safe place, without noise, but with access to the beach and downtown in 15 minutes, which worked perfectly for us. We'll be back for sure.

Fully recommended place, quiet and with an unbeatable sunset view. The hostess is very kind, clear and always responds to your messages. The apartment has everything you need for the newspaper, parking, heating and the best is that it is petfriendly. I would definitely go again.

Everything worked well

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. What's more, it's very well located, right on the Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the beginning. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!

The apartment is well located, has good style, it is cozy, we went with our 2 year old daughter and we felt right at home, and the view towards the sea amazing!!!! We would definitely come back!!
