Lekeplass som nærmeste nabo. Stor hage, og hyggelig terrasse. En pusekatt bor her. Fint om hun ikke må flytte selvom dere kommer. Hun har katteluke og klarer seg selv. Gi lyd om pusen ikke er ønsket, så finner vi en løsning. Huset er bygget i 1950 og standarden er enkel men komfortabel. Det jobbes stadig med vedlikehold.

The villa is centrally located, 45 min. to Oslo by train and 60 min. by car. Holmestrand has 3 beaches, in walking distance. Cross country, and ice skating nearby.

Villaen ligger på idylliske Husøy på utsiden av Tønsberg. Husøy er en øy med ca. 1000 innbyggere. På øya vår har vi golfbane, flere badestrender, fotballbane og en vakker kyststi. Nærmeste strand ca 500 meter fra huset har brygge, strand, lekeplass og volleyballbane. Her går også Ole3 som er en ferje som går over til Husvik. Denne er gratis og man kan ha med sykler på båten. Nærmeste matbutikk ligger ca. 1 km fra huset. Det er 10 min fra Tønsberg og Tønsberg brygge med bil.

Denne solfylte boligen befinner seg i umiddelbar nærhet av Ringshaugstranden og Furustrand Camping med restaurant og med lekeplass kun 2-3minutters gange unna.
