Hannah's Haven is a cozy 2nd floor apartment in my home. My youngest daughter, Hannah, lived here for 5 years. It was her haven, The separate entrance and off-street parking make it an attractive place for guests. In the historic Oakland neighborhood of Topeka, convenient to downtown Topeka, the Capitol, and our 3 hospitals. Nicely decorated, fully equipped for short- or long-term stays, plenty of space for one or two guests. Guests staying more than a month may ask for an additional discount.

Extra long driveway provides off street parking for 2/3 vehicles depending on size. Easy check in with keypad entry. Fully stocked kitchen allows meals at home if you get tired of dining out. Private deck with lighting is the perfect place to relax with family and friends! Free washer & dryer on site, fully stocked!

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

Master bath has shower for all guests to share, and half bath is off the living room. Large living room is very comfortable, kitchen has dining for 4 with extra seating available. Sara is a wonderful host; very responsive, polite, and kind. You can tell she wants your stay to be pleasant, which I appreciate. If you're looking for a stay in North Topeka that's relatively comfortable, is a full/complete house (not a room or apt), and don't mind a few "dings" on the walls and an older home (its got character; everything is "modern" though so no worries there), then Sara's place should work just fine. Very close to 70 and multiple groceries, including Walmart. Worked great for us. Bummed I didn't get a chance to use the fire pit in the back. Next time I guess. Would stay again! Such a nice little house, super clean, nicely decorated, free of clutter, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area! Erin was an excellent host, flexible and able to accommodate us when our plans changed at the last minute! A great experience all around! Would highly recommend!
