Harika bir deneyimdi bizim açımızdan. 3kız beraber çıktığımız tatilde konakladık. Ev beklediğimizden temiz ve düzenliydi. Her şey itinayla hazırlanmış ve her şey düşünülmüş. Kutay bey de gayet ilgili ve titizdi. İstediğimiz zaman kendisine kısa zamanda ulaşabildim. Tatilimizin bir kısmı için burdaydık. Evi görünce tatilimize burda devam etmeyi düşündük. Özel araçla geldik o yüzden ulaşım hakkında bir bilgiye sahip değilim.

Sürprizle karşılaşmadığımız, beklentileri karşılayan, fotoğraf ve açıklamalarla tutarlı bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Nihat Bey sıcak kanlı ve hızlı iletişim kurulabilen bir ev sahibiydi.

Gence was exceptionally helpful with getting our taxi to the AirBNB, providing some recommendations, and generally making us feel at home. The location is excellent—close to the main restaurant and shopping streets, but far enough away to avoid crowds of cruise-ship tourists.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Kuşadası! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hafen – beim Blick aus dem Fenster sieht man sofort das Meer, das in nur einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und die Fußgängerzone sind direkt vor der Tür, was die Lage wirklich perfekt macht. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber: Sie waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kuşadası! The location is absolutely perfect – right by the harbor, with a beautiful sea view from the window, and just a one-minute walk to the water. Restaurants, cafés, and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly friendly,

Gökhan bey gayet ilgili biriydi çok samimi ve cana yakındı. ihtiyacımın olup olmadığını soran ve sorulara hızlı yanıt veren biriydi ayrıca ev temiz güzel ve düzenliydi tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer yani.

Mehmet is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome! We loved the apartment - it looked like in photos and had everything you may need for your stay. In the area you have many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and cafes, and the sea is super close. I would recommend Mehmet and his place to everyone, I would definitely return. :)

Biz çok memnun kaldık. Tertemiz bir evdi. Bütün ihtiyaçlarımız evde mevcuttu. Ev sahibi Gökmen bey de çok yardımcı oldu. Gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Ulaşımın kolay olduğu bir konumda konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik. Görseller ile birebir bir güzel bir evdi. Giriş çıkış sırasında bir sorun olmadı. Emre Bey ve Eda Hanımla iletişime geçmek kolaydı. İzmir'i gezmek için ideal evin yakınında otobüs ve tramvay durağı mevcut.

Ev son derece kusursuzdu Esim hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz havuz biraz kirliydi doğal ortamdan kaynaklı hallettik ama klor ve filtre olsa daha sağlıklı olurdu onun dışında bir sorunumuz yoktu misafirperverliğiniz için teşekkür ederiz Eylül ayında tekrardan görüşmek üzere tarihleri bu hafta netleştirip rezervasyonu oluşturacağım.

Highly recommend with excellent location just a few steps from the beach. The beach has free umbrellas if you are early enough to get one. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace with ocean view. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had all the basics amenities. There was air conditioning in all rooms which worked well. Just a note as other reviews commented on the noise that we did not find it too bad as with all windows closed it would block most of the noise/music. Osman was easy to communicate with and very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure time.

Ev çok güzeldi, tertemiz ev sahibi baya ilgili çok sevdik. Konumuda güzel marketlere yakın. Bir daha gelecek olsam ilk tercihim burası olurdu.

This place is a proper Turkish experience. If you like classic and rustic, but with all mod cons, this is it. Spacious home across three levels, with a courtyard like something from a magazine, and fruit trees and multiple sitting areas; truly beautiful!

2. Kez tercih ettik ve devamı gelecek gerçekten çok güzel ferah bir daire. Aşırı rahat asla yabancılık çekmiyoruz olanakların hepsi yeterliydi. Konumu da süper direk asansörde olabiliyorsun. Markete merkeze ve cafelere yakın keyifli bir konaklama oldu.:)

hote très accueillant, amical et serviable. bel environnement. tellement de sites facilement accessibles en voiture. je recommande les yeux fermés.

evin gün batımı manzarası o kadar güzeldi ki gün batımını kaçırmamak için eve etken dönmeye çalışıyordum. muhit sakin ve güvenli. kendinize ait banyo tuvalet ve salonunuz olması ekstra güzel. hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım ve çok memnun kaldım.

Ramazan bey bize bütün kolaylıkları sağladı konaklama olarak çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı ilgi ve alakası iyiydi muhteşem bir konaklama oldu

Evin konumu gayet iyi. Metroya ve marketlere yakın. Muhit olarak da sakin ve rahat. Ev içerisinde de her imkan yeterince var.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.
