We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

We had a wonderful time at Özra’s gorgeous apartment! It is even better in person - the space is huge, comfortable and well-designed, and the sauna is an amazing amenity. The neighborhood is full of wonderful restaurants, bars and shopping, and also very centrally located. Özra was also very friendly and responsive to any messages during our stay. I hope the space is available for my next visit to Istanbul!

The house was very nice and in a good location! There was no problem with the wifi and dishwasher not working, it was not a big deal for us. There is usually a water problem in the evening in the evening, the water flows little at certain times! Thank you

I would like to thank Mr. Ali for everything. He is a very kind, understanding and friendly person. He helped us with everything. We never felt like strangers. Nina, the friendly dog of the place, is a very smart dog, and we played together all the time. I can say that it added joy to our holiday.

good location ..walking distance to Aya, markets and restaurants just outside apt., and not too noisy

6 stars out of 5:) The apartment is very tastefully furnished, has character with sweet details and meets all needs, you don't want to leave the house. The balcony and the view are amazing. Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. Heybeli may be the best! I plan to come again🫶🌸

The host Ibrahim really made me feel at ease and at home he was such a great host and easy to communicate with. The pool was nice and private both my sister and mother really enjoyed that!! Our stay was great! The house was even more beautiful and clean than the photos in the ad. All our needs were considered, we really liked the attention to detail. The location is also very central and the view from the balcony is magnificent, it was both a relaxing and easy to reach experience. Good price , so comfortable

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

The house was quite clean and warm. It was large enough for 4 people to stay comfortably. It was easy to communicate with Mr. Semih. It was a house where we could choose to stay if we come back

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.
