Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Torbay

Lizzie was a lovely host - very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we needed, although small, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. A great location - right on the waterside in Dartmouth - and breakfast was excellent.

We stayed for one night while walking the SWCP. Keren was very helpful with providing a ride to and from the trail. We slept well and she provided a delicious breakfast. It was a nice restful stop on our trip.

Adam and Susie were perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome in their beautiful home. The location was idyllic, a quiet piece of paradise surrounded by nature. Breakfast was superb - especially their own honey. We will definitely return!

As ever Jan was a fantastic host. Lovely rooms with a great view and excellent breakfasts.

Belinda was very helpful about me needing to check in a bit early, very accommodating with my little dog, and also very welcoming and a lovely host. Breakfast was delicious - lovely granola with blueberries and yoghurt, perfect. She recommended various supper options and I tried the Cott Inn - fabulous food (I had the pea, shallot and sage tortelloni) and also dog friendly. I was visiting Totnes in order to go on a tour of the Agroforestry Research Trust which is a pioneering forest garden full of interesting edibles grown without needing much maintenance - ideal for growing healthy food at home alongside a busy lifestyle. The tour was great - and Belinda’s home was only a 15 min walk away, so it all worked out very well.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

Nogle dejlige rolige dage i et historisk interessant sted i landlige omgivelser. Princetown er et godt udgangspunkt for vandreture over heden. Det er muligt at spise aftensmad i Princetown, som ligger en km fra Tor Royal Farm. Hyggeligt at bo på en gård med køer, får og venlige hyrdehunde.

Newcourt Barn was so peaceful and cosy; set in a beautiful location with a sense of being deep in the countryside. Helen couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodg: offering me an early check-in before my goddaughter’s wedding and use of the Guest living room for a Zoom meeting after check-out the following day. My room was comfortable, clean and I immediately felt at home. I was sorry not to be staying longer! Breakfast….well, the awards are well earned. Delicious. I cannot recommend Helen’s place more strongly. It surpassed any expectations I had: I just wanted a nice spot to sleep after a wedding but I found a homely guest house I’d love to come back to for its own sake. Thank you, Helen.

Jo is a friendly host. The B&B is very close to the town centre. Good value for money.

Rachel is an amazing host, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable in her lovely home. The rooms were beautiful and extremely clean as was the bathroom, which had a great shower! Breakfast was amazing (we loved the fruit salad!) and the complimentary sound bath was a real highlight of our stay. We couldn’t recommend a stay with Rachel highly enough, our three boys are still talking about it and we can’t wait to return!

It was a memorable stay, and Erica made it extra special and went out of her way to make it a wonderful experience for us. We felt right at home and loved it. The breakfast was terrific. The area is really beautiful, with lots to see and easy to get around. We would love to come here if we visit again.

Beverley and her husband Ian was so friendly and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and exactly what I needed. They made me feel right at home, letting me freely use their kitchen and bathroom. She even let me help out in their beautiful garden! The house is right next to the station and only 10 minutes walk to Totnes main street. Perfect location for me to explore Totnes and surrounding areas. They were so accommodating as they let me store my luggage on the day of checkout as there were no-one else booked in that day. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of staying in Totnes!

Great friendly welcome. The place iclean and comfortable. My wife loved the pillows and I loved the breakfast.

Katherine’s house was located in a in a lovely secluded area . The views were beautiful and it was easy access to the main centre which was perfect for restaurants and bars. It’s only a short walk to the train station which was perfect for me. Katherine was easy to get in contact with and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely home, felt relaxed and welcome. Very peaceful so had a great sleep followed by a very generous breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer - next time!

Lovely spot for us to crash overnight. My friend, who we were surprising, lived just a 10 minute walk away. We were also able to check in a bit earlier, which really suited us, so thank you for that. Really comfortable nights sleep, cosy accommodation and lovely area to be able to explore if you wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous home and very welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom are luxurious and comfortable, with lovely countryside views. Breakfast was all homemade and totally delicious. We’ll definitely be back 😊

The Inn is surrounded by beautiful fields and a short drive to the beach. Very friendly place with good local pub atmosphere. Great for a night or two to explore the area.
