There are many fantastic restaurants and bars right on our doorstep as well as lots of the Lake Districts most scenic hiking trails. The village is free from all vehicular traffic on its steep cobbled street, where the only sounds you will hear are footsteps or the donkeys hooves upon the cobbles. We are still a working fishing village catching lobster, crab and herrings. other rooms are available on Airbnb The south west coast path passes through the village , to the west is Mouthmill , a small inlet with the spectacular Black church rock formation.
