This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

The garden house is good for couples and families with kids (it is located at a quiet area of Pärnu). 3,3 km to the beach by the Baltic Sea and 20 minutes walk to downtown.
