Holiday rentals with a patio in Toril

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel right at home. The communication was seamless – they provided detailed check-in instructions and were quick to respond to any questions I had. The space itself was just as described, if not better! The apartment was immaculately clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little touches like fresh towels, snacks, and a guidebook with local recommendations.

I enjoyed staying here, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Friendly and accommodating host. Place generally clean. Few issues like there's no soap and shampoo but this is very minor. I think I will have no issue staying at this place again.

It was a great place to stay. All the things we need are provided except for the tissue which is one of the most important things for me when going in a condo or hotel. But overall, I like the place. I felt comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is quiet, well-designed, and has great lighting - especially the LED lights behind the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A few things to keep in mind: Netflix access only worked once, despite being advertised. Some towels were a bit worn, and there were food leftovers from previous guests, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the living room AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the whole space, especially at night. Also, when I arrived late at night, there was no drinking water available, which made things difficult after a long trip (even a small drinking water bottle could be helpful). These small issues aside, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, it could be excellent.

I had a great stay at Mylene’s Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Mylene was a very accommodating and responsive host, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient and safe, perfect for a relaxing getaway or even a work trip. We had a great time during our stay. The place was very clean had all the things listed on the page. There is a mall nearby so we were able to buy stuff easily. Very accessible and peaceful. Would recommend and book again. 😊

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

After few months of waiting and trying to book this unit kasi laging fully booker, finally! Nakapag stay ulit kami kanila ma’am. Thank you so much sa welcome message!! Super responsive and mabait po yung hosts. Still my favorite place to stay in Davao☺️ See you again after 2 weeks! 100% Recommended. 👌🏻 Very clean yung place, complete toiletries, may electric fan for those who don’t always use aircon, complete din yung gamit pangluto kaya very recommended ☺️

Great location and the host is very responsive despite our extra requests like coordinating for parking lot. We were surprise with how big the unit as well. Its really great for family use since its a 1 bedroom unit with sofa bed and extra foam in the living room. Slippers and Towels were provided which is a plus!
