The accommodation "Shimomura no Hanare" is about 20 minutes by car from Fujino Station on the Chuo Line, and is located on the border between Uenohara City, Yamanashi Prefecture and Midori Ward, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.It is more than an hour's drive from the city, and the idyllic landscape of the natural satoyama is spread out."Shimomura no Hana" is named after the house's house name. The accommodation can be separated from a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons from the garden room.In this area, cars were not yet popular in the early Showa period, and mainly horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. were raised and lived in horse shops.There is a renovated horse house on our property, making it a quaint space.The horse house is also a private space for guests.Children are welcome, up to one small dog is ok. This is the Kominka style BNB in Yamanakako. “Hirano no Hama” A 8 min walk to the breathtaking view of Mt Fuji overlooking the lake. Only a 5 min walk from the Hirano highway bus terminal to connect “Busta Shinjuku” / Tokyo Sta. Tourists in the most walkable neighborhoods of Hirano ward will find a car isn't necessary to get around.
