Roberto was great to deal with and very friendly on our arrival. The house was lovely, very well equipped and was a perfect location as we were visiting friends in the village. The place was very clean and had some lovely features and a spacious terrace that had fantastic views. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when we visit next.

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

Exceeded our expectations, value for money, great outside space and pool. The house had everything we needed, lots of useful equipment. Jose was so helpful ,even left some wine and Tapas, and other food on the first day. The house is 25 minutes from the beach and central Nerja, so maybe hard for older people, a young family or people with mobility issues and who do not transport, but was fine for us!

Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

Elisabet is a very personable, kind and helpful host. We immediately felt comfortable in your apartment. The location is great and the view is fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

This is a lovely house with fantastic views. It is a perfect place to stay if you want peace and relaxation. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. You obviously need to drive everywhere and it is important to follow Maria’s directions or you can end up on less good roads. I would love to return.

What a wonderful time we had at Casueña. Alicia and Jorge were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, and fun. They met us at the villa and showed us everything we needed to know, and then were always on hand for anything else we needed. The villa was so well equiped, including basic food, tea, coffee, and fruit to get us going. Also, on the first morning, Alicia and Jorge gave us a basket of eggs from their own chickens! We loved the beautiful furniture, artwork and ornaments which all added to Casueña's charm. Since the weather was hot we spent most of our time in the stunning garden and lovely pool. Beautiful mature plants, shrubs and trees made the garden feel magical, as did the many birds who visited including a familly of swallows. A short trip (about 2 miles) down to the village of Santa Rosalía provided a good supermarket (open every day), cafes, and restaurants. Thank you Alicia and Jorge - you are very special people and we will definitely be back to visit you and Casueña.

We had a fabulous stay. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. Super comfortable sofa and beds. The kitchen has the best of the best in appliances and there was a BBQ that was full with gas for our stay and we BBQ’d most evenings. Stunning views surrounding the villa of the mountains and the sea. We will definitely be coming back. Our host was incredible and so responsive. We had a small baby and they provided us with a cot, baby bouncer and baby chair! We even locked ourselves out and our host arrived within 20 minutes to let us back in! They could not have been more accommodating! 10/10!!

We had a wonderful time with the family! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and attention. The accommodation is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped for a family stay. Everything has been thought out to make you feel good. The location is ideal for discovering the area while enjoying the calm. A fantastic accommodation. Perfect for couples. You are completely undisturbed and blessed with absolute privacy. The view and the cottage are beautiful and invite you to linger or spend a cozy day by the pool. The drive up the mountain is a bit tedious, but you will be well compensated by the great view. We found the location of the accommodation to be an optimal center for excursions to Ronda, Seville, Granada and Cordoba. Each destination is between 1.5 and 2.5 hours' drive (all four are highly recommended). The accommodation was very clean and very practical. Helga is an absolutely reliable and accommodating hostess.

We were very nicely received by our hosts. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, in the refrigerator there was food for the first days, so we lacked nothing! Thank you, Christa and Herbert!

Fantastic stay. Maren communicated perfectly and helped with a later check in. The apartment was fantastic, great terrace area with barbecue, well equipped kitchen, spacious, comfy chairs. fantastic location really is 2 minutes from the beach, good shops nearby and parking a huge bonus. We will be back

We had a great stay at Angel’s villa. The bbq, pool and views are the highlights of the place! Will definitely try to come back one day.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with children. The golf course next door was good. The swimming pool was just the right size and the water was well maintained. We found everything we needed and more in the apartment. The kitchen equipment was good, although the space was a little small. The other rooms were spacious. The showers had good pressure. As a host, Angel was really wonderful. Responded quickly and made sure we had everything well. Check-in went smoothly. We will remember this place and if we are in the same direction again, this is a great place to stay again. The apartment is very nice and has a great view from all the windows and balcony directly to the beach and sea and to the other side towards the mountains. You can hear the sea rustling at all times and can sit and eat great on the balcony. The apartment is within a large house, which does not bother at all, the caretakers are also super friendly and helpful. You can walk to many shops and restaurants, which can be reached via the beach promenade in front of the house. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment.

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

Lovely private villa, perfect for relaxing

This is a true hidden gem, easily the house with the best view I’ve ever been. The hosts are friendly and responsive. They were also very flexible concerning the checkin and checkout time. Would surely recommend this place!

Everything was in perfect condition and very good location

Dulce y Sal is a very nice studio!! Everything is provided, from the equipped kitchen to the excellent bed and the relaxed bathroom, furnished with a sense of atmosphere. The place high on the hill (with views of fruit trees and the sea), the private terrace and the beautiful, refreshing swimming pool that we had all to ourselves... it's all great. We felt very much at home right away, partly because of the pleasant contact with Inez. A car is a must, but Dulce y Sal is a pleasant base to discover a lot. We have yet to discover the beauty of Almayate and its immediate surroundings, so we would love to come back.

What a fantastic place! The stay was exactly what we were looking for: peace, space and amazing views of the mountains. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, perfect for really relaxing. The house itself was sparkling clean and spacious – ideal for our family. The outdoor space was really a highlight: lots of place to play, eat outside and barbecue in the evening under the stars. Everything was well cared for and decorated with attention. Fernando, the owner, was incredibly friendly and hospitable. He was reachable anytime we needed anything. We felt right at home. We'd love to come back!
