Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Thanks to the traffic of only residents of the street, you will wake up and fall asleep pampered by the sound of birdsong.... I started renting with Airbnb in 2023. That's why I have few reviews. I have been renting for almost 10 years with VRBO, where you can find about 40 reviews. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the house is a 5-minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from the shopping center complete with market, restaurant, pizzeria, bar. Arranged on one floor, comfortable and bright, it enjoys a beautiful view of the bay. The location allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches of the southeast coast of Sardinia. It is 15 minutes by car from Villasimius and 35 minutes from Cagliari.

The "Bouganville" house is ideal for guests who choose a vacation with friends or family in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The three double bedrooms are comfortable, fresh, bright. The kitchen is equipped and separated by a large living room with fireplace and 55-inch smart TV. Swimming pool with solarium, hot/cold water shower, barbecue. Recently renovated, it has two bathrooms with showers. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. Private parking.

The villa is a Mediterranean style home on two levels, plus a separate building with a double bedroom and private bathroom. On the terrace there are a chill area and a dining area with typical stone barbecue, from there you can enjoy the view of the blue sea under the shade of pine trees. There is also a roofed beach terrace (directly on the beach), where you can relax under the shade, watch the beach and the sea, meditate, workout, or just enjoy a glass of wine
