Our 103m² villa is located in the exclusive Santa Rosalía Resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. Here you can enjoy its crystal-clear lake, spacious sports and leisure areas, and peaceful gardens that are ideal for strolling, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a delicious meal. It is just 4 kilometers from the sea and the coastal area of Los Alcázares.

Overlooking the sea - Cabo de Palos

Apartment above the sea, in a natural environment with spectacular views. Air conditioning in the master bedroom, WiFi, dishwasher, and garage space. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room with terrace, ideal for four people, it also has a 135 sofa bed in the living room in case you are a few more. The cove is below the apartment, with access. Ideal for scuba diving, paddle sup, canoeing. In summer it is cool, but we have air conditioning for those extreme days.
