Perfect location for the city thorshaven

So our flight to Faroe Islands never landed as the pilot couldn't see the runway due to thick fog and reverted back to Iceland, where we flew from. I texted the host - Inga and she was such a wonderful host that she refunded all the money that she would have gotten if we had occupied her place. This was unexpected and I'm beyond grateful for her generosity. I hope to visit Faroe Islands sometime soon in the future.

A lovely apartment with a great view. Clean and tidy. Central location. Nice welcome . The only small minus was the lack of description of how the dishwasher is started. All in all, we were very happy with the apartment.

We chose the apartment mainly because of the view and the view from the window was great. Lots of space for parking in front of the house, hassle-free check-in. The apartment is on the outskirts of the city, close to the apartment there is a supermarket, to the center it is about ten minutes by car. A lot of dishes in the kitchen, we appreciated the thermos for tea for the trip. The description of the amenities doesn't say Wifi - we didn't notice that when ordering - but there is wifi in the apartment. Good thing, we found out on the islands that we don't have data there:) The only negative for us was a little too narrow bed, but it was manageable for the few nights

Perfect appartment, the equipment was even better than in the description (we were afraid there is no warm watter and heating, as written, but everything was allright). Even though there were more apartments in the neighborhood, it was quiet. Annika fulfilled all our requests – thank you!

Hanna’s apartment was so spacious for our family and it was super clean! Location was perfect and we would love to stay again!

Pernilla’s place was a great place to stay during our trip to the Faroe Islands. The place was plenty big enough for us 3 adults and could have hosted 4 easily. The views from the house on a clear day are spectacular, the house is at the top of a fairly steep hill but it’s still only 15 mins walk into town. Communication with Pernilla was great and finding the place was easy.

the accommodation was great, we stayed for 6 nights and we were happy to find out that there are 2 fast food restaurants around the corner. also supermarket and plenty of parking. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and it was easy ro communicate with Lisa.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment with great views of the water! 7min drive from Torshavn city centre. Host was responsive and helpful.

the place is so clean and really near the centre. It just takes us few minutes to drive to the restaurants and start our journey. Recommend!

Great airbnb in Torshavn! Short walk to the grocery store & restaurants. Very convenient parking spot. Would love to stay again

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, modern, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and super responsive—made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Everything we needed and we were quite comfortable. Stores were near and Hilmar was very responsive and helpful. So enjoyed talking to him and getting a sense of the lovely FI and people. Can't beat the view out the window every morning, and the bedroom was dark enough for those that aren't used to the midnight sun! Located right outside tunnel from Streymoy/Torshavn so ideally located for our daily visits to other islands. Hope to be back!

Accommodation in a very quiet area and with free parking available. We would stay in the same place again. You're next to the capital, but with the tranquility that Argir gives you. The apartment is very comfortable, it has practically everything. Heating, washer and dryer, almost everything you need for cooking. The owner Kartni is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. An ideal place to stay in this wonder that is the Faroe Islands.

Our stay at Ana's was perfect! We immediately felt at home. The entire beautiful Faroe Islands are easily accessible via day trips and we explored them quite a bit. The location, the hot tub and especially the view are absolutely amazing; we really enjoyed it! Nalu visited us almost every day, which was our absolute highlight! Suki also said hello, which made us quite happy. All in all; a wonderful vacation! We will definitely be back as soon as possible and are already looking forward to staying with Ana again, as we already miss our Nalu-cuddles.

The place was outstanding, the view on the fjord and surrounding was gorgeous. The owner has 2 lovely cats we had the chance to scratch ! Everything was there for making great meals to go and explore the Faroe Islands. Felt like I was at home, great bathroom and the 2 rooms on either side of the bathrooms give a little of privacy while travelling with friend/colleague. Would recommend.

Really pleasant stay, clean, comfortable apartment. 10 -15 minute walk to harbour, 15 minutes on the way back up the hill!!
