The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the basement with its own entrance. There are 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is a residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes by bus, the stop is about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent them from us for the whole party and the stay for €50, payment is made on site. No parties.

The house's newly-built balconies bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you can enjoy a fantastic view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away, you will also find both an outdoor area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

During the month of December, the house is decorated for Christmas and is waiting to welcome you for a cozy winter stay during the Christmas season.
