مكان جميل جدا وهادي وقريب من المطار ٣ دقايق فقط .. وهذي ثاني سنه اسكن في هذا المكان لقمان ومحمد محترمين للغايه وتعامل راقي جدا وأي شي تطلبه يوفروه لك وعندهم خدمة التنظيف وتغيير المفارش متى ماطلبت هذا مكاني المفضل .. أوصي بشده

Mr. Ihsan and his family and very friendly and welcoming persons. they have really nice place in a beatiful nature. The flat has three balkon, one has sea veiw and two other has jungle and mountain veiw. all things was clean and ready. there was a washing machine and dryer (you need it in trabzone) and dish washer. enough amount of bed linen and cooking utensils.

مكان جداً رائع ويستحق التجربة. المضيف تعامله راقي وودود. يساعد الضيوف ونصوح. يقدمون لكم الفطور بالطلب واكلهم لذيذ والاصناف حسب رغبتك.

اشكر السيد امير على سرعة الاستجابه وكرم الضيافه والاحترام والشقه وسيعه ورائعه ونظيفه وتصلح للعوائل الكبيره والمناظره فيها خلابه في بلكوناتها التي تطل على البحر والجبل واشكر ايضا الحجه الكبيره والرجل الكبير السن الذي كان في استقبالي انا وعائلتي وقضيت اجمل يومين لي فيها وسوف اكرر العوده الى هذي الشقه

كان من اجمل ايامي في طرابزون ، المسكن نظيف جدا وجميل من جميع النواحي ، جميع الاحتياجات موجوده واصحابه لطيفين والمنطقة هادئة وجميلة ، والوصول الى البيت سهل ، انا انصحك ان تستأجرة ولاتسأل احدا ولن تندم ابدا.

Very clean place with helpful host.

الفيلا مرتبة للغاية، لها حديقة مميزة جدًا تحوي العديد من الورود الجميلة والإطلالة على المروج الخضراء والبحر.. حسين كان لطيفا، واستقبلنا عندما وصلنا بل وساعدنا في الوصول لبقالة قريبة للتبضع. تقع الفيلا في مرتفع مما يجعل إطلالتها خلابة، لكن هذا يجعلها بعيدة بعض الشيء عن الخدمات، لكن مع توفر سيارة معك سيكون كل شيء سهلا. يوجد في نفس السور فيلتان، وتكون الحديقة مشتركة بينهما، ولحسن حظنا لم يكن هناك مستأجر آخر فكانت الحديقة أو البستان لنا بالكامل، الذي يحوي أشجار عنب وليمون وفواكه أخرى بالإضافة للورود الجميلة جدا.

سكنت 4 ليالي ، صاحب الفيلا شخص متعاون وقدم لنا خدمات اضافية ، بشوش وودود ، ايضا اشكر الموظف محمد ( سوري ) على حسن التعامل و المصداقية ، موقع الفيلا جميل ، ولكن هناك امر مزعج للغاية وهو رائحة الصرف الصحي ، وهناك ماء دائما يسيل امام باب الفيلا ذو رائحة كريهة يتسبب باتساخ الاحذية ، المطبخ متهالك ويحتاج الى تجديد ، الاضاءة ضعيفة ، غير ذلك جيد

Het was echt geweldig en Bulent Abi was erg gastvrij. Het uitzicht op zee was prachtig.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Tolle Aussicht mit großer Terasse, Privatsphäre, alles was man braucht.. Nicht zentral in Trabzon aber mit einem Auto ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Man ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Akçaabat, das auch sehr hübsch ist - vor allem der Strand mit den schönen Restaurant. Die Unterkunft hat etwas von einem süßen Dorf Häuschen, sehr nostalgisch. Dementsprechend ist manches etwas "alt". Solange man damit kein Problem hat, schöne Unterkunft um die Gegend in Trabzon und die Aussicht zu genießen.

We had an amazing stay at Ümit’s place! The house offers an incredible view of the mountains — truly a breathtaking and unforgettable experience. The garden is lovely, with a great barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The house itself is beautifully decorated with sweet views from the rooms, and is fully equipped with everything you might need — just like a home away from home. Ümit was an outstanding host, always supportive and responsive. When the gas canister ran out late at night, he replaced it immediately without any delay — a true example of excellent hospitality.
