The downtown area where it is located is very quiet, little vehicular traffic and much less pedestrian traffic.

Comfortable apartment

Well located apartment, 5 minutes walk to Tecnológico de Monterrey, secretary of foreign relations, clinic 4 of the IMSS, private clinics and 5 minute drive to supermarkets (Soriana, City Club, Al Super) and platero center. Comfortable, clean, and safe. Located on the second floor, has normal size car parking, large vans would have to move to allow other vehicles to pass through. It can be a lively neighborhood on weekends.
