Our guesthouse is located on the Danube bank and has its own beach. It is suitable for both winter and summer to snuggle, retreat, enjoy the proximity of the water and the mountains. Ideal for 4 people: a bedroom-walk-in closet suitable for 2 people and a gallery also for 2 people. Our kitchen is well-equipped: making a light breakfast or a cozy dinner is no problem. When designing the garden, it was important to preserve the natural state: the grass is mowed in an environmentally friendly way, so wild plants bloom in some places.

Rosewood house

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Cottage by the Lake

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Zinc cottage, winterized nest in nature

If you’d like to sleep in a forest setting, listen to birdsong, and enjoy delicious meals on the garden terrace, we warmly welcome you our Cottage. You can barbecue in the garden, play table tennis, watch the stars, and in the surrounding area go hiking, go on excursions, kayak, enjoy the nature, or simply relax and watch TV. The cottage is especially recommended for hiking and nature lovers. The Királyrét Forest Railway departs from Kismaros, offering excellent hiking opportunities.

Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

Lake Balaton 1 minute walk! From October 1 to April 26, only this one apartment is in operation, so no one else is on the property during this period! Intimacy is guaranteed! The apartment also has an outdoor WELLNESS area, which consists of a premium light and sound therapy JACUZZI and a light and aromatherapy HARVIA FINN SAUNA. Our guests love our apartment because they are surrounded by beautiful gardens, terraces, barbecue, cozy, private WELLNESS, birdsong and LAKE BALATON!

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. A Pinch of Splash

Our guest house is located in Alsóörs, next to the main road 71, 2 kilometers from the center. We can accommodate a total of seven people. The house has a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a garden shower. Sports lovers will enjoy beach volleyball at the end of the garden, and a garden barbecue will provide a pleasant evening atmosphere. Nearby is Balatonfüred, the capital of the northern shore. Our guesthouse is a great choice for families and friends.

H25 Old Small Romantic Cottage Tihany

If you want something cozy near the Beach club then this romantic little house is waiting for you! In the twin house there is a bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, upstairs there are two small bedrooms and a large terrace for guests. In case of cooler weather, you can heat a wood-burning tile stove. There is no air conditioning. Parking is available in front of the property for free.Tihany centre is 30 minutes walk. Balatonfüred is 10 minutes by car.

Our 30 m2 sunny cottage with a big garden is located in a quiet part of Zebegény, ideal for those who want to relax in peace. The spacious terrace offers a spectacular panoramic view over the Danube bend. On the lower level, there is a living room, a small kitchen, a double bed and a bathroom; on the mezzanine a double mattress and a loft net. The house is ONE SPACE, that comfortably accommodates 2 people. Nearby Michelin-recommended restaurant.
