A house built in 1778, which has recently been renovated, while retaining traditional building materials, is for rent. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sauna room, and in the attic there are two bedrooms and an anteroom (total 105 m2). Parking and a covered barbecue with a terrace are provided. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, so it is ideal for nature lovers, hunters and fishermen. Nearby is the Opeka Arboretum and the Vindija Cave.

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Enjoy a retreat in the rural Hungarian countryside in our lovely valley. The national blue hiking trail passes this 2.5-hectare land and you can reach in less than 5kms the Roman waterfall walking by the Gaja stream. Easy access by car, 1.5 hours from Budapest, 30 minutes from Veszprém, and 40 minutes to Lake Balaton. The yurt is very modern, with all amenities available. Surrounded by an in-progress permaculture garden and the Bakony forest.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Little cozy house located in a noise-free natural countyside area. Peaceful place to stay for the family or couples. By car: Hévíz - 10 minutes, Balaton - 14 minutes and Keszthely - 13 minutes. Everything you need to have a relaxed time with a breezy terrace and well equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor kitchen as well with old-school oven and dining area or the garden barbecue with your friends. Observe nature and animals nearby with cattle farms and lookout tower a short walk away.

Ban house in Barabásseg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.
