Apartment on the second floor of a villa at 1500 m. altitude with wonderful views of the Dolomites declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups, up to 11 people, for smaller groups, from 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with amenities: bedroom kitchen bathroom and living room The house islocated on the road that leads to the Venice refuge where thereis theonly access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. from where on clear days you can see the lagoon of Venice.

Essenza Alpina: a stone's throw from the center and nature

Caratteristico appartamento inserito nel borgo di Parech di Agordo, ai piedi delle montagne (vicinissimo alla partenza dei sentieri) e a due passi dal centro. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Affittasi baita nel comune di Pieve Tesino (TN) a m 1250 s.l.m. immersa nel verde. Casa singola con ampio giardino, barbecue, tavolo al coperto. All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

For true nature lovers, suitable for both relaxation and sports, with bike paths and hiking, being in the Gardesane prealps near the Prato della Noce Nature Reserve. The entire building is built in stone and wood, with exposed beams in all rooms; outside you will find three tables with benches where you can eat your meals or relax reading a book lulled by the lapping of the crystal clear waters of the Agna stream; it is located 15 km from Salò.

In winter, the snow makes Val di Ledro an enchanted place. Nearby Monte Tremalzo is perfect for ski mountaineering or a simple snowshoe hike surrounded by nature. Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.

The house "Ai Castagni" is located on Mount Moncader in Combai di Miane, within the Moncader Farm. The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. The house has a bedroom on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds side by side.
