The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), has a bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with seating area. The house, has a camper belonging to it, which is also available to guest. There is a big garden and a small river tow steps away. The house, camper and garden is all yours. It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

Our 4-star house is quietly located in the middle of the village on an approx. 3000 sqm property with plenty of space for sports and games and long evenings by the fireplace in the open air. Traditional construction meets comfort - a living experience guaranteed!

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Small apartment/bungalow in the center of Hörnitz, with parking space for car and small sitting area, directly in front of the bungalow. The bungalow is simply equipped, with a small kitchen and everything you need. In the lounge there is a double bed, closet, sitting area and a TV. A small adjoining room can be locked with a folding door. In the adjoining room, there is a bed and table. Bikes can be safely parked in the garage.

Chata u Jezera

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

In the property there are a total of 4 apartments with a total of 18 beds available. Some pull-out sofas are also available.

We look forward to offering you a fantastic, newly renovated apartment from January 2024. At 120 square meters, it is spread over two floors. The apartment is located directly at the foot of the beautiful Oybin Mountain. The idyllic place invites you to linger and is perfect for a cozy family vacation. The two bedrooms offer sleeping possibilities for 6 guests. On request a baby crib is also available.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
