WiFi, TV, kamin pec. Play room, infra crvena sauna, pikado, kick fudbal, sobni bicikl, djeciji kutak su u drugom dijelu kuce (ulaz odvojen). Parking, ljeti besplatno, zimi uz naknadu ca. 50m od kuce ili uz nadoplatu ca. 120m od kuce. Grijanje: elektricni radijatori i lozenje kamin peci.
