Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

A stone's throw from a small pond, you will find a charming apartment adjoining an old renovated barn. This accommodation surrounded by nature will please you with its simplicity. The studio is adjacent to our house. The independent entrance overlooks a separate lot from ours. Once you settle in, you can watch the starry nights and listen to the owls chirping. You can hike, swim in ponds, discover a national nature reserve, visit typical and charming villages not to mention Aubusson , its international tapestry city, its designer workshops, attend concerts and stroll through antique stores...

Le Monticule: heaven at your feet

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road. Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.

Enjoy this stone house located in a 130-hectare estate with family or friends. You can take walks on foot in a relaxing setting and away from traffic, picnics outdoors as well as fishing (extra charge) on our 10 hectare pond. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the town of Gouzon (supermarket, pharmacy, Tuesday morning market, doctor...), 20 minutes from Guéret and 30 minutes from Montluçon via the N145.

Charming country house

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
