In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower cabin, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most places, but also good bus connections.

Less than 10 min by bus to the city center. 30 min walk to Solsiden and 17 min walk to EC. Dahls Arena. Short distance to the popular hiking area Ladestien with lovely views over Trondheimsfjorden. In the apartment there is one bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm). In addition, the sofa can be used as a bed by using a soft mattress topper.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
