Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

Restaurants and shops 20m walk away. The perfect location, with the private parking space is right in front of the property. Attention! The Bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the toilet at night, please don't book.

Enjoy a renovated accommodation decorated in the theme of the Châteaux de la Loire. This well-equipped accommodation, located in the heart of Bessé sur Braye, offers you the opportunity to participate in the festivities without having to take the car. It is only a 2-minute walk from the village hall. You have parking space and parking in the city is free. The apartment measures 42 m², it is very bright and quiet. It is on the 1st floor without an elevator.

On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. My house is a troglodyte, the garden overlooks the village and offers breathtaking views of the castle and the 11th century church. It offers tranquility, freshness (20°C all year round regardless of the outside temperature). It's the perfect place to disconnect. All my equipment will be at your disposal as well as my video projector (Chromecast, DVD, HDMI cable). I'll be flexible on schedules. :)
