In an excellent seafront location with great views over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig. It is 1.5miles, 2.4km from Royal Troon Golf Club. The flat has been fully refurbished. It has a modern equipped kitchen and bathroom, and is heated with a Combi-Boiler. There is FibreOptic WIFI available throughout the flat, and linked Fire/Smoke/Heat alarms.

Country village cottage.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.
