Brand new apartment in Riem near the Messe, the metro (underground) and a big shopping center. N.B.: We have a second apartment that looks almost the same. Hello dear guests, We have a very nice apartment to rent with 3 rooms in an apartment building. The apartment is about 71 square meter big and can accomodate up to 8 people. This spacious light flooded apartment is modern, has good facilities and is completely furnisched. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a small freezer, a cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maschine and a dishwascher. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the living room is a 40" Samsung LED TV. The apartment has 2 sleeping rooms with each one a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 2 sleep sofas in the living room (170 x 200 cm). Bed linen and towels can be changed on request. The apartment can be cleaned during the visit on request. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. The main entrance to west Exhibition Center is only a few minutes walk (about 300 meters). The shopping center "Riem Arcaden" and the metro "U2 Messestadt Ouest" is about 100 to 150 meters from the apartment. With the metro, you can reach the center of Munich in less than 20 minutes. In the shopping center, you will find several restaurants, cafés and many stores. We are pleased to answer your questions. Note: After booking, you will receive via e-mail instructions to make your stay a pleasant one. Please enter the right number of people when booking (children under 3 are free in parent bed or in a cot), so that the number of beds can be prepared accordingly. Parking on request with fee.
