Excellent accommodation! Spacious, comfortable, cozy apartment, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom. The 2 terraces were also very good. Access was easy, the instructions were clear. Parking was not particularly easy in the neighborhood, but in the end we always found a free place. Alpen was a very good, friendly host. He always answered the questions immediately. She solved the problems that arose quickly and efficiently. The view from the kitchen was my personal favorite. It's worth it for the value. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Wow…. best AirBnb I've ever set foot in. The value for money is sensational. It's like a small apartment, with a dining table, kitchen, bed, there are even card games or a chess game! The air conditioning works great, and everything is super clean! The only negative point: there are roosters in the neighboring courtyards, but as Rino knows, there are earplugs at our disposal! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place! 5 stars!

We stayed at the accommodation for 2 nights and would come back anytime. Lulka was very accommodating, helpful and super sweet! We didn't arrive until 11:30 at night, but that wasn't a problem for them. She waited for us and showed and explained everything. She also surprised us with home-grown figs. There was also a large bottle of water in the refrigerator, which we were very happy about. She told us that we could always reach her, which was true. On the day of departure, we were a little late, after the actual check-out time, but she was completely relaxed and said we could leave whenever we wanted. Everything worked out great and we were very satisfied.

First, our hosts. Usually we reckon their kindness, availability etc. This time it's not just words. Fjorella and Luli were just AMAZING hosts; indeed, responding very quickly. But when we closed the door with the keys inside (which is a very bad idea), they were there to help in a mater of minutes, Luli being the one reassuring us, even if he'd potentially be in much more trouble than us. He found the help and solved the issue within an hour. Second, the apartment. Very comfortable, clean, well equiped, bright, easy to find, in a quiet area despite being in the very center: the small street without issue guarantees calm. Very close (walking distance!) to many places of interest (mosques, churches, museums...). We strongly recommend!

Staying in this apartment was an absolute comfort. Check-in here was a breeze. It was a spotless clean place at every angle with a very comfortable bed and linens, which for me are a must, well equiped kitchen, modern bathroom and well furnished apartment with high speed wifi as well. Great location, with every shop you may need just close by, but most important, just 3 min walk from the most popular area in Shkodra. Highly recommended!

Good little spot for a few days in Shkoder. Edita was great at communicating and checking in. The apartment was perfectly clean and a short walk from the main walking area.

We really enjoyed our stay the apartment is beautiful, great views to the lake, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, huge tv in the living room and very comfortable. There is a Spar supermarket down stairs also cafes. The main old town centre is a 20 minute walk or an 8 minute drive. There is parking at the rear of the building. The apartment was a great base for or 5 night stay easy to get on to the bypass for sights outside town. We would recommend trying the restaurants across the river along the lake shore. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Kolorado and your mum and dad for the hospitality.
