Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Roma’s flat is great! Very spacious and the city is easily walkable from there. Roma is easy going and communicates well. Can only recommend!

Beautiful open villa that me and 8 other friend rented for 2 days to enjoy nature in the Kutaisi region. The house and plot were very big and the owner was extremely friendly (although communicating can be challenging if you don't speak Georgian or Russian). However, using Translate we got the job done and still managed to have an amazing time during our stay.

Stayed for a few days with the dog. The house exceeded all expectations, even better in life than in the photos! Lovely veranda, wonderful garden🙌🏽 Around is very quiet. There is a grocery store nearby. The hostess is very helpful and friendly. I'll 100% recommend this home

One of the most beautiful Places we found in Georgia. The House is soooo amazing, in the middle of the mountains- close to waterfalls and Right in the middle of an stunning landscape. If you can, rent a car and go there, its an 1,5h Ride from Kutaisi and really worth it, bring some things to cook you some meals and just enjoy the silent and the view!The owner is very helpful with directions and anything you need. Hostel Temuri is amazing place owned by such a lovely and kind people. The place was clean, food and local vine delicious and the people were the nicest! There wasn’t any problem during the whole time. I hardly recommend this! Worth the stay/visit!!

I liked everything, there is an entrance to Martville Canyon nearby . The host helped to get groceries in the evening (everything was already closed by the evening ). The sound of a waterfall is nice. a small disadvantage that does not treat the house, the road next to the house is a little wild , I hope the government will make a new road to the Martvilli Canyon from the house

We booked one night at Leonids house and had a super stay in the guest bedroom with a private bathroom. The host and his family were very friendly and good to communicate with. Would definitely recommend! Ps. best nights sleep on our whole trip in Georgia!🛌💤

Friendly host and nice cozy place

I fell in love with this accommodation. When I arrived, I was a little scared because the corridor is not maintained and as if abandoned (but Guli warned so there is no problem). But when I entered her apartment, the contrast is striking. How clean! How charming! Even if the accommodation is a little far from the center, there are buses and shuttles so there is no problem. Guli and her sister who lives in the building are lovely people with whom communication goes very well, and are very responsive to the slightest problem. I recommend!

I've already written a review after our stay in Kutaisi before driving up to Mestia. We stayed again on our way back to Tbilisi because it's a very nice place to stay. I just want to add that I slept extremely well at Marika's. And it's a great place to stay if you're driving because as well as off street parking provided, it was very easy to get to and from the location by car.

after a bumpy first start with booking the space, we ending up securing it for three nights and actually stayed an additional night. the house is in a great location and is very beautiful inside. the courtyard was a perfect spot for meals and conversation. air conditioning worked great. very nice neighbors.
