Fairly secluded but it gives a serene experience of staying in a local area in someone's own house. Fumio-san was very responsive and helpful. Of course the weather is unpredictable but we had one day of clear sky to view magnificent Mt Fuji.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-located. The host provided all the necessary information in advance and check-in and check-out were easy. Both bedrooms were large and had air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable just like being at home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room, where Netflix was available, and there were plenty of booklets with helpful information about Mt. Fuji trips. There were even origami papers and Jenga for some extra fun! The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped for cooking, and the bathroom was perfect for refreshing after a long day of walking. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Aya’s place in Fujikawaguchiko! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of Mount Fuji right from the window. Renting bikes made it super easy to explore the area while enjoying a quieter, less touristy vibe. Restaurants and amenities were still very accessible. 10/10 — would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Two families stayed. It was an immediate decision because it was an inn with a sauna and a hot spring. Located in a quiet villa area, The road is located in a villa area with narrow roads, so you will not feel the inconvenience of the car. The host was also able to respond to inquiries immediately, and the inn manual that we had received in advance had a polite explanation with photos, so we had no problems. Here are some of my worries. The light switch in the washroom was the same color as the wall, making it difficult to find.In addition, the lighting for the sauna's water bath was in the entrance, and it took a while to find it. I thought it would be nice to have a few more types of dishes. There are two refrigerators, but one is inside the door and it was difficult to see. It took a while to ignite because the firewood was tightly packed. However, even with the above, I am very satisfied! The dryer is a Kan-Tan-Kun, the sauna is hot, the futon has a mattress, the projector speakers are high-quality, there are plenty of amenities and towels, it's quiet and has good access, there's nothing to say!I would like to revisit just for this reason! This was an excellent stay and a great retreat away from urban life. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious and provided many amenities. The beds were like clouds and the views from the bedroom were like looking at a landscape painting of Mt. Fuji. The location was quite convenient! The street to the Airbnb is right off the main road that circles round the lake. At the entrance to the street is the bus stop for the Fujikyu loop bus. Across the street is a pedestrian access to the lake and where the swans frequent. Many tourists stop by there to take photos of the beautiful scenery and swans. The Airbnb is secluded away from this busy lake road, so it was still a very peaceful and tranquil stay. The host was incredibly hospitable, had great communication and was very friendly and fun to talk. We will definitely be coming back here again!

I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much. It was a rainy day, but it was comfortable to have a barbecue on the deck without getting wet.

We had a wonderful stay at Ootsuki’s- the location was so walkable. We walked to the train station every day and enjoyed our path through town. The Airbnb was comfortable and the kitchen worked perfectly for the small meals we cooked during our stay. The whole apartment was perfectly clean. She was very responsive and a quick communicator and so so kind❤️ she saw we were artists when she cleaned our room during our stay and gave us a small easel as a gift before we left- we would love to come back one day!

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. They even gave us a little gift when we left. Highly recommended, thank you! 🙏

Spacious, with easy access to a few bus stops. It’s also within walkable distance of other local landmarks.

Great place to stay right next to the train station. Beautiful views of Fuji right out the window. Many shops, cafes, restaurants, and points of interest within a few minutes walk. Stayed for two nights with my family and we had no issues at all. Don’t miss the Forest Music Museum!

Great place to stay! We stayed 7 days and got to see more of the west side of Tokyo! However if you are looking for a place close to Tokyo centre i would suggest something closer. This place had everything we needed!

Host was so kind, the spot incredibly cozy and very close to a lot of good restaurants, bars, and public transport. Great home base, wish we could have stayed longer.

Yoshi's place is cozy and comfort. He provided complete amenities. The apartment is clean and tidy. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use. Easy check-in and out. During the night time, the surrounding is so peaceful, we got great rest and sleep during our stays. Definitely will book again if we are going to Fujisan in future. Oh, If you are staying at Yoshi's place, I would recommend an Izakaya named "揺蕩〜yurari〜" with 4 minutes walking distance. The lady boss and staffs of the Izakaya are friendly.

Some people run their Airbnb just as a business, but it's clear that Yudike and Asami have a genuine passion for hospitality and meeting new people. One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

My stay was very nice and cozy though the condo building felt quiet. Rei has great taste in design and furnishing to make her guests feel at home. Recommend to drive here so that you could explore around freely.

Stayed for three days and it was tiring to climb. Overall was good!

Yoko’s place is great for couples and small families. We brought our dog and he loves the place too. Her place is convenient placed near some famous Hakone spots, making it easy to navigate around town.

Lovely place to stay near Odawara station, quiet, clean and spacious! which is quite rare to find in Japan. Walkable from the station, convenice store right in front of it. I would recommend to other guests. Thank you
