We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very accommodating—Mam Gian responds quickly and decisively, which made communication smooth and easy. Nanay Cora is very welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself is squeaky clean and feels very homey. The mattress and linens were fresh and spotless, and the overall upkeep of the house was excellent. The water pressure is strong, and the heater works perfectly—great for winding down after a long day. The location is also a plus! It’s in a quiet subdivision, ideal for restful nights. Transportation is accessible, especially with GrabTaxi, and roadside parking was never a problem as the area isn’t busy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to stay with kind and responsive hosts. It’s our go-to place whenever my parents wish to come to Baguio ❤️

Fred's Artpartment was perfect for our large group trip to Baguio! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for 10 of us. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a lifesaver. We loved having the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with large television. The location is very accessible to the tourist attractions in the city. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb! The place is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. The interior was cozy and clean, and we especially enjoyed the natural surroundings—it’s a great spot to disconnect and recharge. One suggestion would be to consider adding a cover or awning to the front terrace. It’s a lovely space to sit and enjoy the view, but during the rainy season, it’s not very usable. A bit of shelter would really enhance the experience and make the terrace more versatile year-round. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Just a small improvement could make a great place even better!

Ann Marie's Appartelle 7 condo was super clean and spotless. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are nice and spacious. Very convenient also as there is a super market in the same building. Highly recommend staying here when in Baguio. We also stumbled upon the home along the riles cast members/actors as they were all filming in the same building.

Really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Gen. Luna Rd, Baguio! The location was super convenient - close to a lot of key spots, which made getting around easy. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Baguio!

The place is strategically located, secure, and easy to find. We were welcomed by Jeff upon arriving at the gate, and he assisted us with check-in, which went smoothly. The room was clean and well-maintained. Bonus points for the complete set of kitchen utensils and equipment. Although the room had an air conditioner (which we didn’t really use because it was cold already), the stand fan worked like an AC, haha. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was ongoing construction of a building right in front of the balcony. The sound of tile grinding, hammering, and power spraying woke us up in the mornings. Hopefully, the construction will be completed soon. :) Regardless, our overall stay was enjoyable and definitely worth the price.

Ms. Glorife is very responsive. The staff is also approachable. Maayos at malinis. We also love the location and the free parking :) Staying here was a good choice, it madr our trip to Baguio convenient!

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is really good—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Location is also a big plus, as it’s within walking distance to Burnham Park and SM Baguio, which made getting around super convenient. The only downside was the water heater—it wasn’t hot enough even when we set it to the maximum level. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay overall.

My parents and relatives stayed here. They were very happy that the place was huge enough for them. Next time we are in Baguio we will booked again. Thank you for letting them stay at your place, Sir.

Greg is an incredible host. We had booked the dates in error but when we called him and asked if we can adjust there is no hesitation on his side and he let us check in on our desired dates. The place is nice, you’ll get what you see on pictures.

While other units exist in the building, this one stands out. We even overheard other guests experiencing check-in issues, but ours was seamless thanks to clear and helpful instructions. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-equipped—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Baguio. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

This is the biggest space we ever rented, and it’s the best. I was juggling from one bed to another, internet is reliable, it has smart tv. I love the completeness of the kitchen, everything you need, they have it. Location is a bit far from everything else but nothing a taxi can fix. I have enough time to sip my hot coffee from the balcony. It was that peaceful.

But the unit itself is warm, cozy, clean and comfy. Sana po magkaroon ng wall clock sa unit kase makakalimot ka talaga sa oras pag naka stay ka parang ayaw mo ng lumabas at gumayak. 😂🤣😅

It’s close to several good restaurants and cafés, so finding a place to eat was never a problem. It’s also in a quiet area, which gave us the best of both worlds—convenience without the noise. There was also one dedicated parking space, which made bringing a car stress-free. The WiFi was fast and reliable throughout our stay—perfect for both leisure and staying connected. Ms. Beth was also very kind and accommodating, which added to the pleasant experience. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Baguio!

Rally's place was very homey. The view from the living room-balcony was spectacular. His place is equipped well. All amenities are in place. We had a wonderful time. Rally's place is within walking distance to the Mansion and Wright Park. There are also a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back if we visit Baguio again

the location was very convenient and near main attractions in the city center. thanks to this airbnb, we're able to save a lot because we're just walking most of the time. it's a plus points that the victoria bakery is just in front of cedar peak. i would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
