Renovated and newly furnished two-room ground floor apartment in a very quiet location on Lake Constance in the Gundholzen district of the municipality of Gaienhofen. Large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, bedroom with large double bed. Beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside. The lake is only a 10-minute walk or 3 minutes by bike. Beautiful hiking trails start right at the apartment. The immediate hill allows a great lake view after less than 5 minutes walking time.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Our vacation room with cooking facilities and private bathroom is located in the attic of our house. The main entrance is still used by our bus company and the owner. The room is very spacious and lovingly furnished. From both windows of the room you can see the beautiful Lake Constance. It is only a 5-minute walk to the lake. There are small shops with regional products and several restaurants.
