Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a15-minute walk to the village and too great Restaurants and shopping. This three-bedroom open Plan living home has two deck areas to relax with a glass of wine with views to the ranges from the main deck or relax in the Spa on the rear deck. Havelock North House - No Cleaning Fees

A three bedroom home on back section. Walking or short drive to all the wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and wineries that Havelock North has to offer. Private location yet only a few minutes from the village centre. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, open plan kitchen/living area with heat pump (Please note fireplace is non compliant so is not to be used) and ranch slider that open out onto a deck leading onto the private garden.

Wai iti Cottage in the Te Mata Wine Area

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.
