We have fast internet, TVs in every room, 2 car parking out front, a detached 2 car garage in the back, and an outdoor sitting area and fire pit. Whether jumping on the interstate, going downtown, midtown, or visiting TU, this home is convenient to all.

Arena, Tulsa Ball Park, Cain's Ballroom, Tulsa's Arts District, many restaurants, and the Tulsa Gathering Place. This Cozy cabin is perfect for a couple wanting a relaxing weekend and also a wonderful writer's retreat!

A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather (below freezing) or malfunctions.

The apartment has a complete kitchen, laundry, outdoor deck with scenic view of downtown, wood stove and features a mosaic bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Cozy Lodge close to everything! This comfortable home is close to dining, shopping, five miles from the fairgrounds, seven miles from Tulsa's Gathering Place and three miles from ORU. There are two downstairs bedroom, the third bedroom is upstairs and is a large open room that also has a TV sitting area. Kitchen and great dining space in an open floor plan makes this home perfect for family events. We love staying at Airbnbs, and really look forward to hosting you!

A charming, updated 1940's style home located in an active upscale area of Tulsa with easy access to Brookside, Riverside, Downtown, Cherry street, and The Gathering Place. Within walking distance to Trader Joes, large variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. Prime location for Uber/Lyft or using Lime scooters for transport to all of Tulsa's best attractions. Our backyard is a peaceful, relaxing escape despite being in the middle of an active urban area.
