Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tulum

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb’s we have stayed at so far! The place was clean and so nice! It was quiet and relaxing and extremely spacious!!! When we come back we will most certainly be booking this Airbnb again if it’s available!!!!

5 Stars! We had a wonderful stay at this La Veleta apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The lighting and overall ambience were calming and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The evenings were quiet, which we really appreciated after staying in the busier centro area on previous trips. The bikes provided were a great bonus and made it easy to explore the beach, 7th Avenue, and centro. We also loved the beach club deal that gave us access, it was a highlight! The rooftop pool offered stunning views and was another major perk. The host was very responsive, and any small requests we had were quickly taken care of. So many thoughtful touches made our stay extra enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Naj Tulum. It is immaculate, the host is great, and the security is amazing. My stay was so peaceful. You can rent a bike, and there is a rooftop pool as well. This location is close to vegan restaurants and the town. Raquel is the best! I would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fanny’s penthouse in Tulum. It was a peaceful, private retreat and a highlight of our trip. The top-floor unit is beautifully designed, stylish, and totally private—it’s the only unit on that level. The rooftop plunge pool and patio were perfect for relaxing, with lovely views. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, and the blackout shades let us sleep in. The open-air shower with sunlight and plants felt magical. La Veleta is a charming part of town with great restaurants nearby, though many roads are still unpaved—just something to be aware of. The unit is walk-up only, so expect stairs, but it’s worth it for the privacy and rooftop access. Fanny and Lucas (the concierge) were super responsive and helpful. Honestly, we wish we had stayed here longer and cut a night from our beach stay—it was that good. We’d absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend for a quiet, stylish Tulum experience.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was convenient — easy to get everywhere by car. We especially enjoyed the private little pool and the large shared pool. Diego and Marina were super helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommended!

This place was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful apartment and great location. Shawn was very helpful and responsive. Place is a little tricky to find but Shawn’s instructions were detailed and crystal clear. Would stay here again!

By far one of the most Beautiful Airbnbs. In perfect location right in between the city and the beaches. The perfect destination for serenity! Will be back soon!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Tulum From the moment we arrived at Casa Mestiza, we were completely enchanted. This place is the perfect blend of authenticity, charm, and comfort. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of Tulum, it offers a serene escape while still being close enough to explore the vibrant town and beautiful beaches. The design and decor are absolutely stunning – rustic, warm, and full of character, with thoughtful touches in every corner. You can feel the love and intention that went into creating this space. The lush garden, the refreshing pool, and the calming ambiance made it feel like a private oasis. The hosts were incredible – warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to transportation. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a tranquil spot to unwind and reconnect with nature, Casa Mestiza delivers! Highly recommended!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb stays I have had! The place looks just like the pictures. The host was very helpful in the accommodation and planning process as well for our group of nine people. They offered recommendations, booked reservations, and also stocked the house before we got there. Dani was able to meet us at check in to go over where everything was at in the home. They were also very responsive if we needed something. Hospitality was a 10 out of 10. Lastly, they were also able to help us with all our transportation to inform the airport. If you book this Airbnb, you are not only booking the Airbnb. You are booking a full service from the host. I would highly recommend anyone stay here.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Blue Deer Residences! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and care. Lesley was an amazing host—so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by giving us fantastic local recommendations and even helped with making reservations and bookings. To ensure our 7-month old daughter was comfortable, Lesley provided a pack-n-play and ordered a baby bath tub and high chair just for us - talk about above and beyond! Her staff was equally exceptional—professional, kind, and always one step ahead in taking care of our every need - truly top notch service from the housekeeping ladies, maintenance staff, Victor and Dayvis! The property itself is stunning, perfectly maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Blue Deer Residences if you're looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Tulum. We'll definitely be back soon!

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

Flavia was extremely responsive! We had assistance almost immediately whenever we needed anything! I would recommend her properties to anyone!

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

We had a great time! This beautiful home is super clean. The location is perfect for getting to know the Tulum. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bikes were super fun! We rode them to the beach and back. Thanks for such a great experience!

Our stay here was amazing! Very spacious and clean. We walking distance from restaurant, stores for breakfast lunch and nightlife. Great taco stands around us. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Vianney’s Airbnb. The space was beautiful, clean, and just as stunning as the photos. It felt very private and peaceful, which made it perfect for our getaway. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we spent so much time relaxing up there! Vianney was a wonderful host—super helpful and responsive. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area and even connected us with a private driver, which made getting around so easy. The location was convenient with some places within walking distance, and the concierge helped us rent both a bike and an ATV on different days. The building felt very safe with 24/7 security on-site, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible property. It still Has the feel of old Tulum. Oasis Yaaxlum is set in the lush jungle. Stunning property. Private. Quiet. Secluded. Incredible pool area. Wildlife everywhere. Stunning property. I highly recommend. Christophe and his team are incredible people. Caring, helpful, amazing recommendations. I would 100% stay here again. Great hosts make all the difference. They can provide everything you need from rentals to airport transfers. They even give 20 liters of filtered water. A rarity in Tulum. This could be one of my absolute favorite places in Tulum. Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The decor was tasteful and made the space feel very welcoming. I especially loved the privacy of the rooftop pool—it was such a relaxing and peaceful spot. Everything was very clean, and check-in and check-out were super easy. The surrounding nature is stunning, with trees all around and the calming sounds of animals at night, which made it feel like a true escape. The stargazing at night was incredible! I would definitely stay here again.

Very peaceful neighborhood, place to park, 5-10 minutes (by car) from every place we wanted to go in Tulum center, veleta, hotel zone, etc. The appartment was great as well to chill in the end of the day.

We had a great time. Lovely and comfortable house. Linda was helpful and quite prompt for the minimal issues or questions we had. The house was in a very good location. We had 4 people there and it was very private the way it was laid out (2 levels)

Great host and listing. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and private pool. The store in the lobby was also really convenient and staff was friendly.
