Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tulum Municipality

Omg this place was amazing it was close to all the local restaurants and attractions each room came with its own bathroom and nice view plus it had 2 kitchens which made things so easy it was so peaceful you could sleep for hours the host was amazing she helped with literally everything i needed from taxis to local places to go to she even brought me water the sweetest person ever i plan on booking this place again in the future … book this home you won’t regret it

Excellent apartment with swimming pool (single pool) . In a modern complex with natural decor respecting the surroundings of the city.. That has everything you need for nice stay in Tulum. A tip, be careful with the accesses because the streets are almost impassable. The place doesn't almost have a phone signal reception. It has internet in the room. And at the reception of the condominium. With those exceptions the stay, it's almost 100%. I would definitely come back.

The apartment is modern and very comfortable. The complex has a permanent access guard, they keep it very clean, it is very nice, it has a pool, gym and a terrace for meetings. It's quiet and calm

Amazing beautiful brand new building. Extremely clean and very safe location. A quick taxi or bike away from the main beach area or Tulum center.

We spent three wonderful weeks at Xibalba Apartments and really enjoyed our stay. Nestled in the middle of the Tulum jungle, it’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature—especially the many birds that sing throughout the garden. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. Being just a few meters from one of the pools was a real highlight—it made it so easy to take a quick dip or unwind throughout the day. The photos online are very accurate, and we were really pleased with the communication and service from the hosting team—any small issues were handled quickly and professionally. The facilities and amenities are very well maintained. You can see the staff working from early morning to keep the pools and garden

10/10 would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive - booking taxis, private yoga classes, and a private chef dinner for our group. I came with a large group and it simply wouldn't have been possible to organize everything without their help. They always responded within minutes. Our large group of 16 was very comfortable with the sleeping and room accommodations. The complex itself is beautiful. Very high quality and looks like the photos. Pretty centrally located - almost equal distance to the beach hotel zone and downtown. The neighborhood had some cute shops/restaurants and was walkable.

Despite some of Tulum’s random power outages because of the city wide development, and spotty cellphone usage in the area, this was a fantastic stay! Host was always responsive and a joy to deal with when anything came up, and very communicative with updates. Suite and building is clean, safe and quiet. If you are looking for walking distance to restaurants, bars and nightlife, this isn’t the best option. But if you are looking for a quiet, tranquil and a home away from home that you can enjoy a nice quiet evening after a busy day exploring Tulum, this is the place to be!

She also gave us great recommendations for our trip, amazing spots to visit and great restaurants — even some hidden gems. If you want to avoid the crowded places, ask for her recommendations. The cenotes were amazing. The apartment was well-equipped, and each room had a spot for working. The internet was great as well. Our stay was awesome and this will be our go-to spot any time we return to Tulum!

A smal pease of heaven on earth. If y search for a quit place in the natur with verry good food you are right here. It is also not far to Akumal and Tulum. Thanks to the whole Team. Hope to come back one day. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

very good location, super safe, nice garden and pool, in general a very nice stay

We found this place for my bachelorette. It was the perfect space for us! There is a great restaurant located just behind the airbnb that was great for coffee, breakfast and lunch choices. It is VERY walkable to great restaurants, night life. We also loved just hanging out at the bnb - pool and space is great. Would recommend!
