Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tulum Municipality

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb’s we have stayed at so far! The place was clean and so nice! It was quiet and relaxing and extremely spacious!!! When we come back we will most certainly be booking this Airbnb again if it’s available!!!!

5 Stars! We had a wonderful stay at this La Veleta apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The lighting and overall ambience were calming and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The evenings were quiet, which we really appreciated after staying in the busier centro area on previous trips. The bikes provided were a great bonus and made it easy to explore the beach, 7th Avenue, and centro. We also loved the beach club deal that gave us access, it was a highlight! The rooftop pool offered stunning views and was another major perk. The host was very responsive, and any small requests we had were quickly taken care of. So many thoughtful touches made our stay extra enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und bieten ausreichend Komfort. Ein Highlight ist mit Sicherheit der Pool auf dem Dach, in welchem man abends noch schön entspannen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, mit einem Supermarkt, direkt 20m gegenüber. Außerdem ist man genauso schnell am Strand wie im Zentrum von Tulum. Wir würden immer einen Motorroller zur Fortbewegung empfehlen, da die Entfernungen in Tulum insgesamt doch ordentlich sind und man deutlich mehr sehen kann, als wenn man nur mit dem Fahrrad fährt. Das Wichtigste und gleichzeitig Beste an dieser Unterkunft ist jedoch der lokale Ansprechpartner Braulio. Er gibt Tipps zu lokalen Highlights wir Restaurants, Bars, Veranstaltungen etc. und ist wirklich immer ansprechbar. Allein durch ihn hat diese Unterkunft 5 Sterne verdient. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt spontan nochmal um 3 Tage verlängert und er hat alles unkompliziert und schnell geregelt. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Great place for a group or family. Modern & clean, a private pool on the roof with lounge and a larger public pool in the garden. 3 Bathrooms, large kitchen and lots of space … Only problem is the fact, that you need a car or taxi to get to the beaches or highlights of the town. But that‘s a reason more to enjoy the appartement 👍

We absolutely loved our stay at Fanny’s penthouse in Tulum. It was a peaceful, private retreat and a highlight of our trip. The top-floor unit is beautifully designed, stylish, and totally private—it’s the only unit on that level. The rooftop plunge pool and patio were perfect for relaxing, with lovely views. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, and the blackout shades let us sleep in. The open-air shower with sunlight and plants felt magical. La Veleta is a charming part of town with great restaurants nearby, though many roads are still unpaved—just something to be aware of. The unit is walk-up only, so expect stairs, but it’s worth it for the privacy and rooftop access. Fanny and Lucas (the concierge) were super responsive and helpful. Honestly, we wish we had stayed here longer and cut a night from our beach stay—it was that good. We’d absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend for a quiet, stylish Tulum experience.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was convenient — easy to get everywhere by car. We especially enjoyed the private little pool and the large shared pool. Diego and Marina were super helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommended!

This place was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful apartment and great location. Shawn was very helpful and responsive. Place is a little tricky to find but Shawn’s instructions were detailed and crystal clear. Would stay here again!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Tulum From the moment we arrived at Casa Mestiza, we were completely enchanted. This place is the perfect blend of authenticity, charm, and comfort. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of Tulum, it offers a serene escape while still being close enough to explore the vibrant town and beautiful beaches. The design and decor are absolutely stunning – rustic, warm, and full of character, with thoughtful touches in every corner. You can feel the love and intention that went into creating this space. The lush garden, the refreshing pool, and the calming ambiance made it feel like a private oasis. The hosts were incredible – warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to transportation. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a tranquil spot to unwind and reconnect with nature, Casa Mestiza delivers! Highly recommended!

Overall we really loved our stay. There were a few minor things, like the pool upstairs being broken/drained and an issue with a mixup with a chef we booked and some ants in the kitchen. But they handled everything extremely well. The house was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we could need in the kitchen and a good amount of towels. Everything was clean and the house felt very private. Sofia the property manager was extremely responsive and communicative. They were doing construction on the house right next door starting at 9am, but it really didn’t bother us as we were usually up and at em during the day anyway and the sounds weren’t too bad. We never ran out of hot water, despite multiple of us showering at the same time. Downstairs pool was great, as were the loungers. Loved the greenery all around the house and on the upstairs balconies. Very helpful in getting us in touch with transportation around town whenever we needed it. All around we had a great time and recommend!

La villa était vraiment top, très classe et parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’endroit est calme, idéal pour se reposer, et la localisation est excellente pour découvrir la région. Nous avons passé un super séjour, je recommande vivement !

I can’t say enough! The house was beautiful,clean and full of life! The windows were amazing and a really cool design. All over the house you can find beautiful decorations and really great speakers to use for a great evening at home or a day at one of the two pools! I felt bad asking them for so many suggestions but the hosts never failed and always came through very quickly. They helped with scooter/atv rentals and recommendations for everything else. Our bus left a little late on check out and the hosts never failed made it so easy with a little extra time and an offer to hold our things. One of my favorite Airbnb’s and definitely my favorite in Tulum! Has a 7-11 next door and while it’s a little further out from centro, it was not a bad walk with comfortable shoes. Thank you again!

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

I loved this place. The views from each floor were so beautiful. The hosts were also amazing. They helped us with transportation, renting golf carts, making appointments for massages, having a cleaning lady, and to reserve the chef. All of which I recommend you do. Definitely a luxury experience!

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

The very best Airb&b experience to date! Tanya greeted me to a extremely clean place, we'll thought out, safe and private place. I loved the authentic Spanish kitchen and modest bathroom. And how thoughtful of her to provide everything you need to nourish yourself upon arrival and longer. The place is located within walking distance of Super Aki and other stores.Super Aki is a frequent meeting spot for many excursions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este Airbnb. La alberca estaba preciosa, tal como se ve en las fotos, y fue perfecta para relajarnos. Todo funcionaba muy bien dentro del alojamiento, limpio y bien cuidado. Además, los recepcionistas fueron súper amables y atentos durante nuestra visita. Sin duda, una excelente opción para hospedarse en Tulum. ¡Lo recomendamos mucho!

This place is great! Will definitely be back, everything was as described like the photos. Location is great and walking distance if you need a taxi the front can request you one super easy in under 5 mins. Security out front place is right next to the police station also. Pools are great and the hot tub doesn’t get hot at all but it’s nice to have.

The apartment is lovely and centrally located between the beach and Downtown. Our concierge helped with scooter rentals and recommendations. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect in Satori Tulum ! The apartment was excellent – beautifully designed, well-prepared, and very stylish. The atmosphere, especially by the rooftop pool, was truly enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful and made us very happy. We highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The decor was tasteful and made the space feel very welcoming. I especially loved the privacy of the rooftop pool—it was such a relaxing and peaceful spot. Everything was very clean, and check-in and check-out were super easy. The surrounding nature is stunning, with trees all around and the calming sounds of animals at night, which made it feel like a true escape. The stargazing at night was incredible! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Lovely and comfortable house. Linda was helpful and quite prompt for the minimal issues or questions we had. The house was in a very good location. We had 4 people there and it was very private the way it was laid out (2 levels)

This apartment is probably the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless and even better than the photos. The host was great, very responsive and shared lots of recommendations nearby. 100% would recommend. I suggest for future guests that like us you hire a car / transport or be prepared to pay for taxis. The apartment is not walkable to the beach area. It could be just about walkable to the main downtown but is on quite a main road. Having a car will give you the flexibility to visit the cenotes and surrounding area!
