Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Tunis Centre

Firstly the terrace has an amazing 360 view! and was really big. Really nice apartment, spacious and clean. With a Modern bathroom. The area its self is close to the center, but safe and quiet at the same time. Super chilled vibes. Felt safe coming home at night, and a lot of upmarket style cafes around. The host was really nice and friendly, and was there when needed, but you’re also left you to your privacy. Over all I would recommend this to everyone, I have only good things to say

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

Accommodation very easily, Salma is a very professional, punctual and very kind person. At the beginning of our stay she had explained everything about the apartment (residence entry code, internet, air conditioning, boiler operation). Salma's place we found really clean and more beautiful in real life than in the photo, decorate with excellent taste. Regarding booking, until checkout, communication with our host was perfect. The location, what a pleasant surprise, city of flowers, coffee and hot bread at the shopkeeper right in front of the apartment is really GREAT. Value for money offered by Salma is very good compromise. We had a great time at Salma's place,we will definitely be back with great pleasure. Thank you for everything ❤️

The apartment is nice, with an ideal location, close to the pretty neighborhoods of Sidi Bou Said, but on a quiet private street than the rest of the city. We had a problem with the fridge, but Youssef was super responsive. Very good stay.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and faithful to the listing, with a small detail that was very appreciated: water available on arrival (a real plus when arriving in a new city). I lived in the apartment for two weeks and felt very comfortable there. The location is perfect, you can do a lot of things on foot (even go to the beach) and for the rest you can also always quickly find a taxi. Skander is a very friendly host! Thank you so much!

Loved this place! It was perfect for my family of four. Location was lovely- quiet, good access to the beach, and an incredible view from the terrace. And Khansa and her husband were some of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They were super responsive, gave us lots of great recommendations, and even had fresh fruit and bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

great location with a lot of space. we enjoyed the patio and did some cooking in the kitchen. just a couple blocks from la marsa beach and all the shops and restaurants. also very easy to park! thanks to hela and Mrs Sonia for a pleasant stay!

Good value apartment, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood of El Wahat has everything for daily needs in walking distance, and centrally located near airport, and about 10 dinar taxi to city centre or la marsa. I stayed a couple months and the host was very responsive to any needs and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place.

This person is truly extraordinary, very professional and very caring. She really represents the extremely warm side of Tunisia. I highly recommend it!!
