Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tunis Governorate

So beautiful and peaceful!! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our first night in Tunisia with my two adult children. Leila is so sweet and was so helpful with everything. Her and her husband went way above and beyond to help us with a rental care issue we had. The peace of mind they gave us was worth everything to us!! We were so happy we added on dinner for when we arrived. The food was AMAZING and served outside next to their beautiful pool with the most beautiful view!! Breakfast was also fantastic and served in their shaded and breezy pool house with amazing views all around! It is so hard to believe that this place is only minutes outside of Tunis. It is soooo quiet and peaceful and beautiful. Leila made our first night in Tunis so special and we are very grateful!

Overall we had a pleasant stay in this beautiful villa! The house is tastefully decorated, the rooms are spacious and the pools are very nice! Some small suggestions were sent to Taher to improve the quality of services. (lack of some equipment and cleanliness to be improved) A big thank you to Moussa for his availability on site and his invaluable help throughout our stay.

Your accommodation is very clean, bedding and bed linen of very high quality. ❤️ Too bad the third bedroom does not have a double bed!😉 Air conditioning everywhere 😃 2 bathrooms (shower room, walk-in shower) and one with bathtub. Accommodation up to our expectations. Thank you 🙏🏻

Our stay was truly a paradise, this house looks like a real museum and the service offered is undoubtedly first class. The location is ideal, a small oasis in the middle of the capital, the kindness of the staff and the owner is also remarkable: there really isn’t half a bad thought about this curated property. We will definitely come back and recommend this villa to anyone that comes across the opportunity to stay here, truly a beautiful experience. Thank you again for everything.

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

It was really great to stay at Hichems place. He welcomed us with cakes and helped us with luggage. Everything you need for a home was there, and it is really private and peaceful. Many resturants and beach is very close. Thank you Hichem we had an amazing time and the momey was very worth it.

The City Centre is close and it is a good value hotel.

The apartment is clean , bright and quiet. Bilel was very responsive and always attentive. Excellent stay, I recommend it!!

A really chill apartment in a very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of Tunis, but close enough for work and play. I would highly recommend Faten’s oasis!

A couple of pieces of feedback: You have an online check-in process, which works well, but then you also request the same information again via text (e.g., passport details). It would be smoother to choose just one method. Communication could be improved. We had agreed that you would let me know if a booking request came in for Saturday night so I could extend my stay, but unfortunately, this didn’t happen, and we had to move out unexpectedly. Thanks again for hosting us!

I was very happy with my stay at Steph's Airbnb! The house is beautifully decorated, with an eye for detail and an authentic atmosphere that is exactly what I was looking for. Anything you need is present, taken care of to the last detail. An unexpected surprise was the charming terrace at one of the bedrooms – such a nice place to relax. The roof terrace, accessible via a separate entrance, completed the whole. It all felt very wholesome and just made sense. Steph was also super responsive and flexible, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Min's place was more than expected. The bedding was extremely clean and so white. It was one of the cleanest rbnb apartments we've stayed in. The wifi was super fast and didn't interrupt ever. Min as a host was so responsive, kind, and extremely friendly and generous. Raja, the local agent, went above and beyond to make our stay feel just like home. We loved the maid service they offered, although we ended up not using it bc of logistcs. We loved the convenience of the underground parking. We ended up extending our stay by several days bc it was one of very few rbnb places with a walk-in shower with a seat, which was huge for my elderly mom. We will definitely stay here every time we're in town bc Min place is so centrally located. Only 2 minutes to top hospitals and medical centers, as well shopping and cafes and restaurants amd so much more... a HUGE thank you to Min and Raja

As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. Thank you again to the incredible hosts, they make you feel right at home and are there for any need you may have! 🫶🏽

A beautiful house where it was more than nice to stop for a few days with the family! Very nice garden for meals from morning to night. Very spacious and tastefully decorated house. We didn't miss a thing. Slim, Emna's daddy welcomed us with open arms, entrusting us with his home and taking the time to take a tour of the neighborhood with us when we arrived to spot the good places. Great contact with Emna via messages too, she was very responsive and nice! Easy to reach Tunis center by taxi (or even by car then on foot), as well as the northern suburbs of tunis (Carthage, sidi Bou, la marsa...), or to reach the main roads to go further south or go in the direction of Bizerte. Lively neighborhood with everything you need nearby, but quiet house. Nothing to say, everything was perfect, go there with your eyes closed! Thank you again!

Mrs. Souad est was just BEAUTIFUL humanly and professionally! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived! Sumptuous villa, bright cleanliness, very impressive design of the villa with the round stay overlooking the pool and fireplace and the well-crafted spiral garden and trees. We were 7 friends. Charming house with pleasant garden and terrace in a beautiful residential and secure area close to the beach and the lively center of Marsa within walking distance. Parking of the car in front of the house. Nearby shops and restaurants nearby . With the TGM Tunis train, Sidi Bou Said , Carthage are quickly accessible. Tuline has always been attentive and noted the small electrical problem to review. Great stay.

Had a great stay, villa is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. The host was very accommodating and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend and will definately be visiting again.
