This house was spotlessly clean, perfectly organized, and filled with so many games and activities for kids and adults. The backyard was a particular highlight with all of the lights, games, seating, and a fire pit. The hosts provide everything you need to take advantage of the perks of the community lake/beach and more. We had our choice of kayaks, oars, life jackets, rackets, bikes, etc. Wendy was a very accommodating host! We enjoyed our time in the house and in this neighborhood so much that we will be back!

We stayed at Oak View during the first week of June 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We spent most days relaxing on the deck, enjoying the peaceful surroundings—and even sneaking in a few naps. It was the perfect escape for a restful weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend you spend few minutes reading about Vera and her family history. Only then you’ll understand Cozy House was decorated with love, with family in mind. The location couldn’t be better, safe, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, within minutes from all the amenities and lakes. My family and I enjoyed every moment and created lasting memories together!

Hospitality was worth more than 5 stars. Joe, Amy, and Steph are the best, they provide exactly what they described, no funny business. I appreciate their beautiful home with quality amenities. My family was satisfied and will definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful house, hot tub and outdoor space were as matched in the description! Extra pillows, blankets, and much more were stashed around in extra closets. Gorgeous full kitchen good for leftovers and a grocery run throughout the week. The house at check in was slightly dirty especially under couches or beds, but overall the house was perfect for an early spring stay at the lake!

Monica’s space was wonderful. The outside spaces, common rooms, and bedrooms were all relaxing, enjoyable, spacious, well kept, and clean. Highlights included the hot tub, and outside deck area. To use the pool is a steeper fee per person than we would have liked for the crowded area - not a knock to the host just a heads up for renters :)

We had such a great stay! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures — really spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax, and there’s so much to do nearby. We spent time in Jim Thorpe, which was full of great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would definitely love to come back!

We loved our stay!! The house was amazing & exactly what we were looking for!! The area was very quiet & relaxing! The house was beautiful & exactly what the pictures show! We definitely enjoyed the hot tub & patio!! Also the pool table was a bonus!! We would love to stay at Oksana's house again!!

Elizabeth has a wonderful property and is an excellent host. I’ve only used AirBnB twice, both with Elizabeth, and almost feel spoiled as I doubt any host can’t match her hospitality. She is great, and I’d recommend her to anyone.

The house is so cute! I had a wonderful weekend with my friends. Everything was so clean and tidy. And Joshua was a great host. He would reply quickly if I had any questions! If I were to ever visit the area again I’d definitely book this house again! :)

Absolutely STUNNING Airbnb - it’s immaculately clean, everything is high end and Jean and Dee have literally thought of everything that will make your stay comfortable. It’s a beautifully designed home meets luxury hotel. Not only is the farmhouse stunning, the surrounding outside areas are perfect. Our two kids loved exploring the trails and looking for fairies, and sitting around the fire pit while the kids played with all the swings and mud kitchen was a real highlight. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fabulous stay at this cozy home for our first-ever book club reading retreat! It was the perfect setting for a girls trip, warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. We especially loved the branding touches throughout the house, which made it feel special and curated. There were so many comfortable spaces to spread out and relax, cozy couches, a spacious dining table for our meals and discussions, and comfy beds that made it easy to rest and recharge. It really suited both our downtime and our group activities. The hosts were clear and helpful with pre-arrival info and quick to respond to any questions. A few notes: the wi-fi was spotty, which was tricky with limited cell service. The showers and bathtubs have some visible wear and tear, could use a refresh. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated all the care that went into making this home a welcoming retreat. We’d absolutely recommend it for a peaceful group getaway!

Had a great stay here with my girlfriend and dog! Great amenities! Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Lots of things to do around the house. House was clean and comfortable. Randy was an excellent host, friendly and communicative. Made sure that we had an excellent stay! Would definitely stay here again! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Although it rained for the 2 days our family stayed at Oleksandr’s place, we enjoyed our stay very much. The weather stayed cool making use of the sauna and jacuzzi a much needed comfort. Inside you can comfortably host 7 adults and 2 small children. The backyard was completely fenced in which was an added plus since we brought along pets. However, the grass may have needed a little mowing. Nonetheless, you will have everything you need and want if you are looking to host the perfect getaway vacation for your family here. The hosts were very responsive and gracious even not having had the pleasure of meeting them in person. The cleaner, Oksana, is very thorough and responsive as well. All in all very positive experience for everyone. I do caution however - be prepared to have some crying children when it’s time to leave.

A beautiful spot - inside and out. Went for a quiet weekend and had a really great stay. House was comfortable and clean and beautifully done. Gorgeous woods in back and hot tub! Easy to get around. Since it is part of an Home Owners Association (HOA) guests need to provide car info in advance, but it's easy. House was perfect for chilling and socializing. There is a game room and hot tub too. There is no sound system, so bring your own if you want to listen to music. Close to lakes and trails and lots of natural beauty. Great stay!

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

The layout of this house is fabulous for a large group. Three floors each with its own full bath, lounging space, and bathroom. The outside area is amazing too. Hiking trails, fishing in the pond, row boating, and camp fires made it hard to want to leave.

My stay was wonderful my family and I enjoyed every bit of it. Dmitry was a great Host helpful and any way you needed. Overall my stay was a 10/10 thank you for letting me celebrate my 38th birthday.

If youre looking for the perfect getaway house this is definitely it. This house has everything you need (full kitchen, grill, outside patio, fire pit even a game room to keep the kiddos entertained) everything was clean and overall just felt cozy. Host were always kind and responsive. I would highly recommend if youre thinking about booking, dont think twice!

Lovely place, cute game room, beautiful area. Lake was a 2 minute walk, very clean and peaceful. We had such a nice stay at the house.
