Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Tastefully renovated historical building located at the center of Ayvalik with a peaceful garden and indoor fireplace. Small restaurants, pubs and public transportation are in 2 min walking distance. The place is a seperate building with it's own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If you would like to make a reservation for 3 or more, contact us and we can open the next building for you as well! The Fairy tale in Orange Garden (jacuzzi inside)

Unique bungalow in an calm soothing ORGANIC orange and lemon garden. In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series and relax in heated jacuzzi. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.

Urla Seaside House

Peaceful and solitary seaside house a few meters from the Aegean Sea. 75 square meters indoor, 70 square meters patio, 1000 square meters of garden. Ideal for a couple or a family of three-four. There is no door between living room and bedroom. 20 minutes drive to Urla, 30 minutes drive to Çesme/Alaçatı and 40 minutes drive to Izmir.
