My husband and I stayed here for a week and had such a a great time! Teresa went above and beyond, she was extremely responsive to anything we needed or any questions we had. I Highly recommend! Also, the sunrises from this Villa were beyond this world!

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and I love it. it is the lost convenient location on Salt Cay. Debbie is wonderful and knows the island better than anyone, she can guide you with anything you need. She is a great host.

Villa Esencia was absolutely perfect! Great beachfront location on Long Bay Beach. The water is stunning and so shallow that you can walk really far out without even getting waist deep. Our studio had everything we needed to cook meals, including storage containers and a backpack cooler. The private patio had a BBQ grill, table and chairs, as well as a lovely lounging area. From the patio, you are just steps away from a lovely quiet shared pool area. However, we seemed to be the only ones using to enjoy our morning coffee... so it felt very private. The property is less than 10 minutes to Grace Bay Beach and all of the restaurant options there. A short walk up the beach is The Shore Club, where we enjoyed lunch one afternoon at the Colonnade. Ritama, was so amazing and accommodating! She met us upon our arrival, and showed us around the property. It is gated, and felt very safe. We hope to return to Turks & Caicos again and would definitely stay at Villa Esencia! Thank you Ritama!

Turks and Caicos is stunning in itself but Nancy and her beautiful home made our experience in Turks even more incredible. Her apartment is even better in person and in the perfect location for a relaxing vacation! From sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets to watching movies in the gorgeous music -themed living room, we knew we made the right decision in staying at this apartment. Nancy was incredibly proactive and responsive and even stopped by to say hello. She had a cold bottle of Prosecco and beers waiting for us when we arrived. My teenage boys loved the location for the ease of getting to the many local restaurants and the beach. We would love to return to Turks and if we do, we will absolutely stay in this same apartment again. It has everything that you could ever need in a home away from home. And above all, Nancy is an outstanding host!

Brads place was a an ideal location for our stay in North Caicos. His co-host, Regine, sent us a lot of useful information in order to best prepare is for our stay. She also met us at the ferry dock and we followed her in our rental car to the property. Regine showed us around and gave us a brief orientation of the condo as well. The property itself is just as described and sits on a beautiful, secluded beach. We felt spoiled with the beauty that surrounded us and were sad to leave. The bedrooms were spacious with AC and beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room with the screened patio door open so we could hear the sounds of the ocean. Don't hesitate to book of you're looking for a spot on North Caicos. You won't regret it.

My stay was above expectations, Lori was extremely friendly and kind. She picked me and my mother up from the airport and offered to take us back. On our way from the airport, we were taken on a short tour. Upon arrival at our villa we were greeted with a loaf of fresh baked bread 🍞, which was quite delicious 😋 Her husband also responded immediately when I encountered an issue with the internet. I will not hesitate to recommendation Breezy Bay.

Really enjoyed the condo! It’s a very calm complex with a lot of full time and seasonal residents, so it lacks a touristy feel. Also felt very safe. The beach was good enough and the pool was amazing, and it was very easy to drive everywhere on the island. We thought it was a wonderful value for the price paid too. Pamela was very sweet and welcoming as well. Overall extremely happy both with the property and the island as a whole!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The location couldn't have been better—peaceful, convenient, and just a short drive to the stunning Taylor Bay Beach, which quickly became our favorite spot. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. We truly enjoyed every moment and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

My mom and I booked extremely last minute and were welcomed right away. The instructions were very clear and the house was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was that we could not get the stove/ oven to turn on and weren’t able to cook the food we bought.

Our stay at Flamingo’s Nest was phenomenal. This house is perfect for an island escape. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The beach is a stone’s throw away, less than a 2 minute stroll. It’s a fantastic beach and we had it almost entirely to ourselves— so different from the crowded beaches of Provo. There is a convenient store (KJs) about a 3 minute drive. North Caicos itself is amazing and worth the extra effort to get to. Everywhere we went we were just about the only visitors there. Can’t recommend both the island and the house enough.

Had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful week at Lorraine’s. One of the nicest air bnb experiences and hosts ever! The place is spacious, bright, and charming. The full deck is amazing with lots of seating; we loved having breakfast there and napping after the beach. It was very clean, comfortable and homey. Lorraine has thought of everything. Kitchen is well stocked and we had breakfast daily and made a few dinners. Beds were comfy and plenty of seating for all, inside and out. Loads of towels, including for beach; laundry was useful to wash beach towels/swim stuff. Grace Bay is a short stroll away with easy access to food, shops, etc. Yet you’re removed from the resort hustle and bustle as soon as you enter the little pathway back to Lorraine’s. As for Lorraine, what a lovely person - wonderful getting to know her! She’s warm, friendly and laid back. We had our best meal right at her garden table! A delightful, unexpected treat made by Chef Lorraine. Great conversations and laughs :)

Loved that the beach was pretty much empty the whole time. Saw so many different wild animals, including a sea turtle, sea urchin, anemone, and lots of fish (including barracuda!!) and shark, as well as an osprey with a fish in its talons (!!) Navigating food was harder. Glad that we brought rice and beans. We shopped at Sunny Foods (better avocados and mangoes) and the Safeway ( more like the stores in the US). Was glad to have the full kitchen at Sea Sun to cook. That said, we enjoyed eating at the Ridge Cafe and having a drink and a a swim at the Sandbar Loved the pool, the outdoor shower, and the bedroom ac. Would def stay again

The residence matched exactly what was in the photos and description: beautiful, clean and spacious. It is in-front of the ocean and very close to the lighthouse. This listing is located a bit away from town, thus would recommend a golf cart. Lucy was very responsive and I reached out to her around times that she was traveling and still had time to respond to my messages. She gave us great restaurant recommendations notably “The fisherman’s wife” and “Osprey beach hotel and restaurant”. I would stay at this place again if I find myself in Turks in the future. The views and peaceful environment made my stay a memorable one.

This house is perfect; truly a home away from home. It is situated right on Chalk Sound with kayaks and paddle boards for guest use. It is near Taylor Bay & Sapodilla beaches which we frequented and close to Las Brisas restaurant. The house was new, clean, well-maintained and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax outside by the pool, as well as beach chairs, beach towels coolers for guest use. All the appliances were clean and functioning well; plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets, plates/silverware for up to 8 people . The hosts, Daphny and Nat were amazing; responsive, attentive and kind! They were great to work with and we are grateful for their kindness. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Absolutely beautiful property, views caught our attention every day we walked in, a vehicle is definitely needed since it is a good distance away from the main tourist attractions 15-25 minutes but it was nice and quiet and perfect for our honeymoon!! Shiri and Jonathan was great hosts and communicated effectively and efficiently.

Beautiful, secluded. We would walk about 6 minutes to a more turquoise part of the private beach free of seaweed. We didn’t have a chance to try the on site restaurant or bar. Having a kitchen was nice to make our own breakfasts. Make sure to stop and buy your own sugar, cream, and coffee. Used coffee machine everyday. Very clean place. Comfy bed. Drawers for storage. Water was always hot even when two people showered at the same time. Ate at the Coralli at the Ritz Carlton for lunch right on the water and it was delicious. Also loved “farm” at Seven stars resort. Provali Neapolitan pizza is small but incredible!!! Host Jasmine was great and very responsive. The pool was never too busy and neither was the beach which we absolutely loved! Had the whole beach to ourselves most days! Also shopped at a local shop in Grace Bay called lemon 2 go and got some wonderful smelling perfumes and reed diffusers. Would definitely come back.

I could not have asked for a more convenient and beautiful place to stay while on vacation. The property manager texted me before I even landed to assist with check in. Check in was a breeze. I rented a car and there was sufficient and safe parking. The property was well maintained and having a pool was a bonus. The local beach was about a 15 minute walk and a 3 minute drive and Grace Bay was 10 minutes by car. I had an issue with the TV, which turned out to be an error on my end, and the property manager came in person to help me fix it and the owner, Pamela, called and left me a message later that night to ensure that the issue was remediated. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Pamela and Paul's property. As a solo traveler, I value safety, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience and I have zero complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

Excellent location if you want to get away from busy Provo. The cottage is located right on the beach and a two-beer walk from an awesome Beach side bar and restaurant named Barracuda. We ate here each night; great food, drinks, with a friendly bartender. Not sure how it occurs, but could watch the sunrise and sunset from the beach. Warm water, firm beach, easy to walk. The cottage was clean, simple and comfortable. The local host was responsive and provided excellent recommendations for day excursions. Toward the end of the stay, we didn't venture out but rather enjoyed our unique, private setting. Highly recommend late May as it is offseason. We would definitely return.

Amazing!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Incredible peaceful vibe from check in to check out! The unit was spacious, had open & airy breezes, immaculate, comfortable and had everything you needed, yet with ZERO clutter. Tasteful beachy contemporary feel to the condo! The ocean/beach views from every room & window were beautiful & sunsets off the balcony were breathtaking. The hosts?…you can’t find better! We were greeted with a beautiful warm welcome & smiles throughout our stay!! Ginny arranged our golf cart & taxi, left their doors open should we need anything while still making us feel like we were alone & had the entire property to ourselves to enjoy!! Ginny & Tom also gave us great recommendations & we could not have felt safer!! The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!

I had the best time staying at Jeff’s place. The place was beautiful, as well as the pool and view of the marina. It also felt safe being in a gated area. This location was perfect - peaceful with access to great restaurants in walking distance, but also very close to grace bay and other areas of interest. The walk to the beach was both short and pretty. My mom and I enjoyed walking along the beach each morning with coffee. The place was very well stocked (kitchen, beach supplies). Jeff was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Just excellent not to say perfect ! Very nice, clean and comfortable appartment, in a very nice and quiet residence, with very friendly and polite haitians workers around, on a beautiful and peaceful island. What else !?! The owner (Janus) is very responsive for any question you might have. We enjoyed the appartment that is just like as described, not to say better. The bed is really great. Everything you might need is provided. It is very well located. The island is just beautiful. Come with a big smile, then you'll leave with some tears. A beautiful experience in a beautiful place...I can't say more : just enjoy the flat, the residence and its great pool, and the island ! Ho yes, one bad thing about it : someday, you have to leave this place...leave paradise... :-)...
