Whether you're looking for a quiet beach getaway, world-class surfing and family friendly beaches, amazing walk-ability to restaurants and shops on Del Mar, or the close proximity to Disneyland (35 min), Legoland (35 min), LA and San Diego, Casa Beleza is sure to make for an amazing Southern California experience. Villa A (lower level) is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bathroom unit with two separate outdoor patios complete with a built-in barbecue for entertaining. This fully-furnished and equipped rental is sure to deliver a one-of-a-kind Southern California experience with everything you need from towels, linens, beach toys and gear, to all the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, hi-speed Internet included free of charge. Note that the third bedroom is also a secon living room connected to the main living room. Sliding doors and blinds allow for full privacy when closed. There is a second Villa (Villa B) that is a two-bedroom condo upstairs and has a separate listing and booking. Some guests will rent both units for larger groups. Both units are separate and private. Bedrooms: * Master bedroom is a spacious room with large king-sized bed, walk through closet and private bathroom with an enclosed dual head tile shower. * Second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. * Third bedroom boasts it's own fireplace, queen daybed and seating area by converting the second living room into a private bedroom with slider doors and privacy blinds. * Queen Sofa Bed adds additional sleeping arrangements in the main living room.

Sleek minimalist furnishings and vibrant textiles perfectly compliment the whitewash wooden ceilings and rustic hearth. This unique home is one single property situated on a 15,000 square foot lot. Contemporary and luxury in the city literally less than 6 miles to the beach and to Disneyland. Approximately 4 miles to a large high end outlet mall or South Coast Plaza. Guest will be able to access the entire property. The garage is currently in use for storage of equipment, however the property has 2 separate entrances for at least 5 cars. Street parking is also available. We are a phone call away when you need immediate assistance. A contact card will be available onsite once you've checked in. This private gated home is located on a 10,000 square foot lot in Orange County’s largest city. Artsy Santa Ana boasts galleries, theaters, and creative eateries. Disneyland is about 6 miles away and South Coast Plaza is within driving distance. Although many attractions are nearby, we've noticed that guest staying at our place use Uber or Lyft services to get to and from their destination. The feedback received was that is extremely affordable and cost savings for parking at theme parks or convention centers.
