Absolute fantastic location and view of the Black Sea from the bedroom window. 5 stars ! We had great communication with Marius, he is a Super Host! My brother and his wife enjoyed it a lot ! I need to thank you to our host for all the extra help she gave us in order for us to have a comfortable staying and no stress with coming and leaving to the train station. We are very happy with our staying at this special location, and also very happy with the price and the condition of the apartment. We managed well with all the equipment and amenities we had at disposal. Everything was very clean, fresh and cozy, and we felt just like home! We rested well and had all our expectations met! We were happy with the accommodation, it is very close to the beach, everything clean. Florin and Ramona were kind to us, we had a nice time and we are definitely coming back.

We had a very good weekend in this beautiful spacious house. We were 8 adults and 11 children and we had space. The rooms all have their own private bathrooms. The living room is large, the garden is very good and the outdoor dining area is great. The house is better than in the photos!

A great near the beach villa that has all the amenities you may need. Only a 2 min walk to the most beautiful view of the sea .The host is very nice and proactive in helping you achieve the most pleasant stay .I will definitely come back to this accommodation.

Great place to stay! I highly recommend it. I found everything clean and arranged with good taste and comfortable air conditioning. An apartment with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious and equipped kitchen was everything we needed . Close to the beach and with the possibility to have all the facilities almost new. The most pleased me that it is close to the sea and the beach Proctic is only two minutes for a see an extraordinary sunrise. And the gentleman we discussed with was very kind to us. Clean and well furnished flat, close to the beach and shops. Had everything you need for a short stay, even a little well equipped kitchen. The host has been most helpful when checking in, even coming out to meet us at a local supermarket when we struggled to find the right building.

We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Ilie's apartment! From start to finish, everything went perfectly. The communication was excellent and Mr. Ilie was an extremely welcoming host and attentive to detail. The apartment is impeccable – very clean, well equipped and tastefully arranged. We felt right at home and appreciated the peace and comfort provided. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a worry-free experience!

Lovely flat, with all you need inside and nice balcony. Great pool and restaurant in the building. 10 minutes to the beach. Owner very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us Paul.

Great apartment very close to the beach and main boulevard.

The place looks just like in the pictures, pretty good location about 10-15 minutes from the beach and from the city center. Overall Istvan was responsive and we had no issues checking in or out.
