The apartment is on the 2nd floor in an old, renovated Sørland house with lake views and access to garden and jetty. From Kolbjørnsvik there is a ferry to the city center several times an hour until midnight every day except Sundays and public holidays. The neighborhood is very idyllic and the surrounding areas offer many great hiking experiences. Beaches are within 3 km distance. Swimming can also take place from your own jetty in the garden. There is parking for one car in the space outside the house. 15 ft dinghy with 25 hp engine can be rented.

One bedroom faces backyard, the other faces Main Street. Tvedestrand is a lovely summer town with small niche shops, cozy cafes and restaurants. There is proximity to the harbor and free water park in the middle of the city. Bus/Ferry to Lyngør/Vestre Sandøya. 20 minutes to Arendal by car, possibly by bus. 55 minutes to the zoo in Kristiansand.

An apartment complex with a beach, playground, and perfect swimming facilities—right outside the door. From the apartment to the city center, it takes about 15 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by boat, or you can take the bus, which runs 12 times an hour. Krøgenes grocery stores/pharmacy, etc., is only 350 meters away.
