Magnificent villa central in Arendal

Historic house with large park-like property on the outskirts of Arendal city center for rent during the summer holidays. We are family renting out our great house this summer. The property consists of main houses as well as several outbuildings, and can accommodate for example two families who want to vacation together. In the main house there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the 1st floor and 2 in the loft on the 3rd floor In the old waiter's residence there are 2 bedrooms. Here there is running power but there is no water There are two cats that live in the house

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

The house is located on the very top of the hill in a quiet neigborhood, Its pristine view is near nice hiking areas, and a seven kilometer distance to central Arendal. The beach is a five minute walk, as is the bus stop, with buses going 2-4 timer per hour.
