In the beautiful Twenterand (Overijssel) we have already renovated a GuestHouse. Here you can enjoy cycling, mountain biking and hiking. The cottage is next to our house, but separate from each other It is located 1 km from the village and 15 km from Hardenberg, Ommen and Almelo Steps away from recreational lake 'de Vlegge' and engbertsdijkvenen where you can enjoy hiking. Come and unwind in this beautiful fully furnished house with spacious garden and great unobstructed view of the nature reserve with the Regge. A great holiday location because it is within walking distance of the cozy characteristic village of Hellendoorn and nature and heathland the Sallandse Heuvelrug. The most appreciated mountain bike route in the Netherlands, the (electric)bikes and/or mountain bikes we can prepare for you! Also adjacent to the pieterpad.

The farmhouse guarantees fun with the whole family. Vriezenveen is a village in Twente, near nature reserve Engbertsdijksvenen, National Park De Sallandse Heuvelrug, the Lemelerberg and adventure park Hellendoorn. The holiday farm is spacious, the style is luxurious and rural with original elements such as wooden beams and tiles. At the back is a large terrace and outbuilding with a hayloft and stable for ponies. There are some chickens on the property.

This part is entirely for yourself and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with TV, bedroom, bathroom, terrace, front garden and garden shed at your disposal. In the garden shed, you can store and possibly charge your bike. Our location is a perfect starting point for various beautiful cycling and hiking routes.

The Assenhoekje is located in the middle of the meadows and is on a dead-end road. It offers you a fantastic view and gives you the necessary peace and quiet! The house can accommodate 5 persons. Downstairs you will find the living room and kitchen with garden doors to your own terrace. You will also find an extra bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom incl. toilet (see pictures)
