Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Twiggs County

We really enjoyed our stay here! Carlene was an attentive host, she was quick to respond to questions and comments. She was kind and helpful. Beautiful home, the pictures don't quite do it justice! We felt right at home, once settling in. The location is near downtown and needed amenities (gas, grocery, food, shopping). We appreciated the extra effort given to make sure everything you thought you might need was provided. Even extra details like coffee bar, girl stuff, games, baby bed, etc., were there if wanted. We did not get to try out the great screened-in porch because of weather (heat) and time but it looked cozy and relaxing. The fans/lights were awesome and we enjoyed playing cards at the table. We really felt comfortable here and it was a great home away from home, especially after each busy day at our Eastern Star functions. We truly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to another opportunity to stay in this wonderful home again. Thank you, for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming yellow house while attending Marketing College at Mercer. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the space was perfect for our group of four women in the tourism industry. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen was well-equipped and included some thoughtful welcome touches. We also loved the cozy patio area with string lights and a fire pit—such a warm, inviting spot, even though we didn’t have a chance to use it this time. The home was spotless, spacious, and full of character. We made so many great memories here and look forward to staying again as we continue our program at Mercer.

We had a great stay. We unfortunately worked very long hours the majority of our stay. But half of our staff stayed here and the 2 organizers of the large event (myself included) got to enjoy a final evening quietly kayaking on the lake -- it was perfect and relaxing.

Gary's home was very nice. I really liked all the clear instructions and extra amenities. Thanks for having us!

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood & from an incredibly responsive and proactive host! The accommodations themselves are excellent -perhaps the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in away from home. Everything was squeaky clean and the cottage has such a lovely vintage feel. Tons of amenities too. Douglas was also a great host - we had only the most minor of issues upon checkin and couldn’t get in. Douglas responded to my message and fixed the problem within 1 minute of my message and we got right in. Also, he provided a very helpful welcome book to the cottage and great local recommendations. Location is about 2 miles from Macon’s downtown area, making it easily accessible but also distant enough to be in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had an excellent day and will stay here again should we ever find ourselves in Macon!

Gina was a great host! Great communication. She checked in on me to make sure that I found the place safely and even checked on me late at night while I was sitting in my car talking to a friend on the phone. Scared the begeezus out of me, but a totally laughable moment. I had the pleasure of meeting and having long conversations with Bob.

Great place; very close to Air Force base (3 miles), which was reason for visiting family there. Host is accommodating and responsive.

Visited the area for my graduation with a couple others. The space was clean and there were plenty of animal friends around the property to greet us! This was a very quiet location and was a peaceful break away from city life. Would definitely stay again!

I loved Joes place. It is quiet and peaceful, near a lake and you may see some wildlife like deer around his home. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Joe had a basket of things you may forget to bring on your trip such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion. I needed to stay an extra night and Joe was very accommodating. One thing to note if you need an Uber or Lyft they do not service the area. I had to call a cab to the airport.

This location was excellent for us. Very responsive, the apartment was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. Our stay with Sleepy Creek properties was over 2 months and all was great.

I recently stayed here in Macon for a couple of weeks and I was really lucky to find this AirBNB. It was spacious, pretty, clean, and had every amenity that I could’ve asked for. The kitchen was really nice, the living room was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. I also really liked how the gravel driveway was hidden and tucked away. I found myself going to Amerson River Park on the weekends and other little spots around town. The hosts were very quick to respond if I ever needed anything and were great with recommendations and suggestions. I can’t recommend this AirBNB enough to people staying in the Macon area and was very happy with my stay.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Southern Pines and Allie's home beat staying at hotels. It was clean, functional, and close by. We will stay again!

Some of our church members stayed here while attending a church function. We really enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to staying again.

I can't recommend Jenny enough! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home with warm hugs and a personal tour of her lovely condo. The space is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning lake view right behind the condo, making for a perfect backdrop for our mornings. The entire area felt very secure and safe, adding to our peace of mind. We were in town to tour Georgia Military College, as my son is planning to play football for their program. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable—we can't wait to return!

Overall it was a great stay! Beautiful home. Area was very Quiet & peaceful. Didn’t like that we had to take the trash with us and the dumpster was a pretty good ways away.
