Holiday rentals with a patio in Twin Waters

This is a gorgeous modern small apartment located in a quiet street just set back from the river. The apartment was very clean and fresh and a bottle of wine and chocolates welcomed us when we checked in - lovely touch! Tamara is the best communicator, nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely re-book when we come over to visit family in the future. Just lovely and exactly as the photos advertise the property!

Amazing place to stay! The apartment was super clean & tidy. Loved the furniture/decor 😍 Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would recommend to everyone!! The only slight problem we had was when we were trying to access the letterbox/lock box. Instructions said pull but it’s more of a “flick out” but Rita was very responsive when we message for help! Overall loved this place & we will be back! ☺️

This is now my favourite little holiday spot - we felt right at home in the gorgeous apartment and were able to achieve exactly what we wanted - relax and spend uninterrupted family time. We reached out to book Melanie’s apartment for a family weekend away. From the moment we booked the communication and responsiveness was incredible. The accommodation was immaculate and as described. The photo's don't do the apartment justice. It is a beautiful apartment located across from the beach and in walking distance to the Alexandra Headlands surf club and patrolled beach. Peter and Viv are excellent communicators - from booking, check-in, our stay and check out, it was all very easy! We immediately felt at home in their stunning and spotless apartment and we will definitely return!

Our stay at Karma Suits in Montville was pure romance from start to finish. Nestled in the lush hinterland, the suite felt like our own private sanctuary! Peaceful, intimate, and beautifully designed with comfort and connection in mind. The cozy fireplace added such a warm, romantic touch to our evenings. The suite itself was immaculate and thoughtfully styled, with soft lighting, a luxurious bed, and a beautiful bathroom that made it feel more like a boutique retreat than a typical Airbnb. The private balcony offered breathtaking views and was the perfect place to start the day with coffee. The location is idea and right in the heart of Montville village, where we explored charming cafes, artisan shops, and beautiful walking trails. Our hosts were lovely and available if needed. Every little detail felt intentional, making our stay feel truly special. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway that blends luxury with nature, Karma Suits is absolutely perfect!

What a great week we had with golden weather and a fantastic place in which to soak it all in. We didn't want to leave. It was a pleasure to deal with Jo, friendly communication and checking in to make sure our stay was as good as possible. We couldn't have wished for a better week and will definitely be back

The accomodation was exactly what we needed for a family of six. Had a great open feel, plenty of room and space for everyone and close to family which was great for us. You won’t need anything- it’s all there just grab some groceries and you’re set.

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was beautiful and really added to my visit to Noosa. There is secure parking and instructions for check in were clear. Linen was pristine and bathrooms immaculate with large mirrors. Many restaurants nearby, great location.

Graham’ apartment was great for a retreat after a busy work schedule in Brisbane. Close to walk everywhere and the pool and Sauna were great to relax in. However there is a bit of main road noise which didn’t bother me, but may not suit if you need it super quiet. All up a great long weekend with quality fit out all through. Thanks Graham

Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. Thank you so much Terry, we will most definitely be coming back.
