Rebecca was a great host. She accommodated my group with different arrival times. We were able to bounce ideas off her for things to due during our stay and she had some amazing recommendations. We had constant communication leading into our trip and had someone available throughout our stay as well. My entire group had plenty of space to hang out and lounge. House has a great vibe, felt right at home.

Jeff was a wonderful host. Very great at communicating and answering every question we had. His instructions were also very thorough and easy to understand. The inspire care takers Eric and his wife Paula were outstanding. Very polite and extremely hard working. The house is in a more remote area and offered us privacy while still being able to enjoy breathtaking views!

What a fantastic find! A beautiful apartment with 2 AC units, balcony, and lots of space. The trees by the balcony are great and make you feel like you're in the canopy. Facilites: The linen and bed were very comfortable and high quality. The kitchen had all appliances and things we needed. The living area and balcony were spacious and really relaxing. Location: well placed for cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and beach access. It is ideally suited if you have a car as there is parking outside but equally it would work fine to get around locally by walking, hiring a bicycle/scooter/atv or the many taxis. Quietness: it was very peaceful as it is well away from the road, and also the road is 40km/h limit and away from the town, so no through traffic. The complex is concrete so the only noise you may hear is if someone makes a lot of noise in the internal lobby/staircase area but that is true anywhere. We found it super quiet. Would return in a heartbeat!

Mahayana will forever hold a sacred place in the hearts of my wife and me. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with care, setting the tone for what became one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. Tulum is pure magic! Even before our arrival, communication was thoughtful making check-in effortless. We were greeted with a tour of the beautiful beach community, and the staff made us feel right at home. Every evening, we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean…so close it felt like the waves were crashing right inside our room. It was soul-soothing. Housekeeping kept our bungalow pristine, always refreshed and ready after long days exploring the sacred cenotes, vibrant culture, and breathtaking nature of Tulum. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, close enough to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel like our own private sanctuary. We are grateful to the entire team at Mahayana. Thank you for creating a space with so much love!

There aren’t enough words to express how STUNNING, IMMACULATE, and AMAZING this house is!!! Absolutely beautiful home and the decor is out of this world. Maru has tho if he of every single detail. Literally anything you could want or need, it’s there. Amazing responsiveness and friendly welcoming environment. I’ve never stayed anywhere better, and if I ever come back to Tulum, I will only stay here. I really can’t say enough. I miss this house already.

The place was exactly as the pictures show and one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. It’s a beautiful building and the room and pool are great. The kitchen is perfect. They were also extremely kind when we had an issue (nothing wrong) with the laundry. I cut it too close to when we had to leave. We had help immediately. Wonderful place to stay, exactly what we wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer!
